I would love to do a feature of the CFMOTO 800MT in the future. By the looks, it’s definitely a plus on the off-road adventure type of riding. Maybe this bike will compete against Tenere700, Tiger900, KTM 790adventure and GS850.

Hi bro. Both are great middleweight bikes. Your decision will depend on your riding preference. If you want more electronic features, more accessories, a little cheaper including aftermarket accessories, I’d choose Versys650. But if you want a lighter bike, more power including a smooth power delivery, go for the Tiger Sport. Hope this helps bro.

I don't have any motorcycle experience pa po but I plan get into it soon. I have friends that advised me to not get a European bike because of the costly maintenance compared to a Japanese bike, is this true po?
Generally true but this Tiger Sport claims a low cost of maintenance because of the 16,000km maintenance interval as compared to any other bike that needs change oil every 4-5,000 kms.

How is the throttle response? Is it sharp or little layed back?
The throttle response has a slight delay but the power delivery is very smooth. You won’t feel any jerk when you shift gears.

I’m 6ft and 80kg. I rode 2hrs non-stop hiway and urban riding. I enjoyed it!
I am contemplating either this 660 or the 850 Sport, but have yet to test ride either.
Both look good - so neither has the upperhand over the other. Both seat heights are okay.
Which do you reckon is the easier handling and has better throttle response? Which seat is more comfy? Is the 850's hot air to the knees/legs and handle bar vibration manageable or quite pronounced?
Sorry bro, the 850 is not available here in our country. What we have here is the Tiger 900 GT which I have tried. The engine heat is more pronounced in the 900. I agree that you test ride both bikes and compare. Let me know as well.

Wala pa sir. Only the engine frame protector. But there is already an aftermarket Evo engine protector with sliders.

Leg or sari guards are not required for motorcycles in the Philippines.
