No, I don’t. I rarely do ankle or hand weights even. However I believe my sport (figure skating) provides the resistance and strength training for my body to be the way it is. I do a lot of movements on the ice that work my butt and legs. Plus the weight of my skate is quite heavy. I’d suggest to you to do some kind of weight or resistance training if you’re not doing a sport that provides that already along with pilates or yoga. Because I do a lot of pilates so that also has a lot to do with how my body is. ALSO GENES! 😁
