I destroyed my calf muscles while stupidly dancing and my calves were hurting for 3 days straight. I increased my water intake, tried using my legs less but the pain continued. This video made the pain go away and I can’t believe it, all my muscles are relaxed and my calves are finally relieved. Thank you.

No, you're definitely not the only one. We all have struggles. For example, my hips and my back are not flexible and I need to practice on it constantly.
This is beautiful remember to never push yourself and if it hurts honor where you are at and be Easy in your body and just breathe. Always walk the dog out before jumping into it 💚🙏🏼🌺✨ stay safe loves

So I'm doing these on bed at the evening so they would not know, because I know that as I don't have friends currently and I don't do stuff alot, it makes me fat and bullied.
