I have always been someone who believes in the power of the sounds of nature. It gives us a calming sensation and the ability to stay aware and present. This video is all about the ocean. Many people fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. When you struggle with your sleeping routine, I highly recommend trying using this as a tool. Never volume it up too loud. It needs to be soothing and relaxing. Set a volume of your choice and rest well.
The North Coast in South Africa is a wonderful spectacle to see. The waves are intense and super big. This area is also very windy. It makes the seas even more wild than it is. The ocean is perfect to swim. The warm waters of the Indian Ocean is the perfect spot for a holiday and to get on the waters. This beach was very rocky, so no good to take a swim. The view is worth the stare. You can look at this view for hours.
