THUNDEROUS and MIGHTY OCEAN WAVES crashing with IMMENSE FORCE - Cape St. Francis
This is Cape St. Francis in South Africa. On a late afternoon, we decided to view this immense ocean. Situated at the lighthouse, this is the most south-eastern point of Africa. These waves were crazy. The power en energy was felt from a distance away. I was left in awe when we saw this view of the ocean. Hearing the massive waves building up from a distance was spectacular. It's like a vibrating noise building up until it crashes against the rocky shoreline. So powerful, so immense.
The rocky shoreline stands as a formidable barrier against the extreme onslaught of the waves. The sounds is so calming and soothing. The sound of the ocean gives us hope, peace and rest. The symphony of nature is like a soothing melody that has the power of healing. The sound of the ocean triggers a relaxation response in the body. Reducing levels of stress and anxiety. Your heart rate will slow down, your muscles will relax and your breathing will improve. It gives you a state of deep relaxation. As you immerse yourself in its soothing sounds, your thoughts will become more focussed and clear. Your mind will become quiet and still. The sound of the ocean also acts as natural white noise, making it better to sleep and rest. The sense of awe we experience through nature can inspire our feelings of gratitude, fostering a greater sense of meaning and purpose in life.

So, everyone in the Indian Reservations need to calm down... there will be no march on Bombay or Washington D.C. either since it is clearly the Indian Ocean. Go Commanders!
