- Andrew Henderson's Dark Side Exposed (MUST WATCH)
Andrew Henderson, the founder of Nomad Capitalist, is known for his offshore advice that helps 7- and 8-figure entrepreneurs legally reduce their taxes.
Andrew Henderson lives in different global locations, including Malaysia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Colombia. His company specializes in second residence permits, company formation, taxes, and nomad advice.
Relocation agencies specialize in helping you obtain second residency in tax-friendly countries like Malaysia, Serbia, Paraguay, and Georgia.
Andrew Henderson always felt shady when I watch him. His information is mostly good, but I would never pay for his services.
He never integrated anywhere. He speaks zero foreign languages fluently.
It's all a game of referral, and you will end up overpaying in the process. Don't end up passing him real estate commission and higher fees for immigration processing.
@@NomadElitehe wasn’t trying to integrate or settle anywhere. You are talking apples and oranges bud
The twitching eye is a giveaway.
@@NomadElite even russian? I thought his wife was like that.
I hate when Plan B youtubers fight...I like your content but why are you going so hard on the guy. Personally, I cant afford him so I moved on
It’s called competition. Otherwise he’d be colluding with NC and clients would be paying artificially high prices.
Many of the residency programs can be applied for by yourself, such as Malaysia’s MM2H. Most programs have government offices that can answer questions. Also agree that if you need an agent, you should hire a local firm that has on the ground connections.
Contacted him 2021, was an absolute joke... The issue is he doesn't even understand wealthy people, his business model is based on luck. His targets are Wealthy and stupid.. however this is not a common occurrence as you all know wealthy and dumb??? c'mon. Anyway i am not old money so i had a lot to learn and needed honest help, but even i was not stupid enough to go through with anything after the consult. He is after quick large cash grabs and automates all work to 3rd world workers for pennies on the dollar. His videos also are always late to the party on info that's hit google long ago. I went with a lesser known firm and they were clearly not in it for a cash grab.. Happy with my outcome.
Also i forgot to mention his "banking connections" are bullshit. He architects no advanced multi shore corps/bank setups. Basic as it comes.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Nomad Capitalist!
Can you say what firm you used?
I was watching him regularly but now very sporadically. His consulting fee was ~20K if I recall correctly. We can do our own research. No need for an expensive "consultant".
Thank you. You give very good advice.
Thank you! What do you like most about Nomad Elite?
@@NomadElite You seem very honest. You are relevant. Very good advice.
I appreciate it!
I find it very strange that people keep saying that their prices are ''outrageous''. So? Nobody is forcing you to do business with them. Some people like the extra step and the extra help for that price and do not want any hassle.
Those with 5 to 10 M worth will hire regulated Lawyers and Accountants won't they!
Most won't bite, but let's remember many rich people make financial mistakes just as middle-class people do.
100% Agreed . thats all i do normally . i have five different citizenship and few more residency .
I used to be a Nomad Capitalist subscriber and watched his videos daily. Not because I was interested in his services but because I was (and still am) interested in living overseas at least part time. I got a lot of inspiration from his videos but after seeing some of the people he presents as "subject matter experts" who are in reality, nothing more than quacks, I thought that anybody would be taking a bit of a risk hiring him and paying him any amount of money. I un-subbed but still watch the odd video for country information.
Yes, I noticed that too. I think they just offered him so much money that he brought them on. One scammer attracts others.
💯 this is true about me as well, I’m going to Argentina this year with my family…as a veteran of this great country it’s time to bow out at the age of 40, of this ongoing conflict of greed in the world… it’s time for slow life lots of meat and cheap living Argentina hear we come baby!
Their main ploy is to make you jump into real estate investment, and they will get cut from the real estate agent closing the deal. Their fees are very overpriced, and you will pay way more than other firms.
I seen one particular video sometime last year, Nigel Farage - one of the biggest con-artists and political grifters in Britain was rolled out, yikes!!
@@12azsfinest Argentina will become very expensive in dollars in the next year to come.
Your words ring true sir, I tried to get him to help my friend with Portuguese citizenship by descent but they said that they were unable. So I went to a real Portuguese law firm and now we are on track to get that done for her. His company is such a joke.
Thanks for sharing this. His company is a massive brokerage, nothing more. There's no way that anyone can provide services in as many countries as he does without arbitraging a lot.
To be fair he made millions...so fair game to him for the effort.@@NomadElite
@@NomadElite Please: Define 'arbitraging a lot' as meant to be applied here.
I fundamentally agree that Andrew has a positioning issue and i suspect he is trying to reposition the Nomad Capitalist business. Thus the common behavior of trying to do different things without a sound strategy. This results in sensational videos, new value propositions, and other actions. Andrew definitely has a challenge and although i agree he may appear as a snob i would assume that his market segment is also a snob guy. Andrew is a love-or-hate product in a way.
So what?
Work with him and not against him. Position yourself as complementary.
More broadly Andrew needs a strategist instead of experimenting. The context is fundamentally shifting and remains volatile. How do you best position Nomad Capitalist in this context?
henderson's a prime example of 95% marketing, 5% substance. his entire backstory's fabricated, and he's clueless about running an enterprise. it's especially cringe that he claims malaysia as his "home base", but doesn't speak a word of bahasa melayu. same situation in colombia, he knows a handful of words in spanish at best. he basically has tourist-level knowledge on the places he spruiks, and simply regurgitates sensationalist news headlines. henderson and his cadre of incompetent lackeys should be last people you take advice from. deceptive (and outright fraudulent) business practices, compulsive lying, tax dodging, and an egoist/narcissist to boot. save yourself the hassle and hire local experts, simple as.
I stopped watching Henderson years ago because his attitude didn't sit well with me. You said it well: "arrogant snob".
You keep talking about some Raphael guy... who is Raphael?? Why do you not list any links or contact info... or even an intro/summary of who this random guy is you keep mentioning..but don't even say anything about him. Is he part of your company? I'm so confused
Rafael Cintron, the owner of Wealthy Expat. If you've been in our space for some time, you will know who I am talking about. And no, Rafael is not part of Nomad Elite!
@@NomadElite So if the person hasn't been on your space "for some time", you're not going to tell him who Raphael is? Wow!
@@janajoujan7658 uh I think he just did
Dear Nomad Elite, we do work with multiple countries, and we are based in different countries. Not all the companies are like that :)
You are invited to talk and VISIT our team in our different countries.
Part of Andrew's team? :)
(Here as a fan, just here out of curiosity!)
One of his newer videos talks about how rich people should live in cheap places… I mentioned that his entire perspective seemed to be coming from a single guy who is completely ignoring things like opportunities for children. Just because a place like Bogota is cheap and gives you residency because you invested $180k into a property, doesn’t mean that’s an ideal environment to raise children. If you’re rich, and have options, why wouldn’t you put your children in a position to succeed around other like-minded people?
I’ve almost certainly been muted from his channel. After I said that, I haven’t gotten a single like or comment on anything I’ve said.
actually in one of his videos,he talked about engagement or settling down. He was quite emotional about it. But very much IQ based decisions with not much EQ to balance things especially for those who have diff needs. Maybe thats his product with a specific target audience.
Yeah..imagine having millions £££ but living in some offshore dangerous sh** hole. ?
Just pay your taxes and enjoy your life
@@momentumstocks3493 he's gonna lose one of his 'pied-à-terres' as he calls them, if Putin tires of the Ukraine and ever decides to return attention to unfinished business in Georgia. You'd think a westerner would be mindful of the geopolitical situation before buying property in a small neighbouring state to russia.
Andrew is a scammer!
@@willc1294 Thank You! I like watching his channel for ideas; would never use him. For everything he says, he show zero geopolitical intelligence. ANY country that's part of the former Soviet Union that borders it is a prime target for Putin. He destroyed Georgia once before so.....and if you look at a map you get a sense of how utterly isolated it is from Europe. Andrew puts forward some locations that could turn on a dime and bankrupt anyone who invested in them. Be very careful.
Thank you for the comments. Thinking about Mexico 🇲🇽.
Go for it!
Andrew Henderson always bad mouths New Zealand. Also complains how difficult it is to get NZ citizenship. I told him that I just did it and he got really nasty and someone else started sending confrontation messages.
Congrats on becoming a Kiwi! How’s life in New Zealand? Yes, some people believe citizenship should be bought by making large donations, which is something I disagree with!
@@NomadElite I left America at the end of 2011 and never looked back. I stayed in Queensland for about 3 1/2 years and decided to try my luck in New Zealand December 2014. With my good looks and intelligence, I acquired a job acceptance and a work visa. March 2015, I decided to apply for NZ residency. By the scoring of points, I was fast tracked and acquired NZ residency August 2015. NZ has been good to me and I am happy here. I tend to be a tree hugger by nature and a photographer. I like the Libertarian attitude here. There days people can just buy a NZ citizenship but I am not keen on that idea either. So I learned that Andrew Henderson doesn't like success stories which doesn't include him in it. Here is an example of what I do: th-cam.com/video/BBpp8MSdzl8/w-d-xo.html
I always had the feeling he was suddenly targeting people who want out of the tyranny of the west. But he is not genuine and all those anti-establishment videos are just targeting a new audience.
Exactly. There is at least an equal amount of critique to give to many of the nations he's backing. Henderson inherently made it his mission to dislike America to advance his monetary objectives.
Stunning stream : eye opening and mind blowing, especially when we're searching for the different outcome in our current situations , thank you for letting the word out - right time indeed!
You’re welcome ☺️
can you help me with North Korean and bolivian residency?
I can help you with Bolivian residency. Have you sent us an email yet?
Also who is Rafael and how do I get in contact with him?
Looking for Portuguese citizenship by descent.
Always weighty arguments, supported with verifiable facts.
Thanks! What you're saying sounds feasible. As long as you don't overstay, you're good!
Your remarks don't surprise me. I watched this guys' video and my first reaction was "this guy is a scammer who presents no evidence for he is what he says .
His web page and the youtube channel are only a first inspration, as many coutries change their tax regimes or their migration laws faster than the underwear. But that is not Andrew Henderson alone, this ocurrs quite often. So, do your own due diligence, learn the language if necessary and find a local lawer to help you.
Most rich people don't need to move offshore. They can still continue to live in a high tax EU country and with a team of lawyers/accountants, they can reduce their tax liabilities. Countries like France, Germany, Belgium etc. all high tax countries have their fair share of billionaires and centa-millionaires. Real wealth is found in such places, not Bulgaria, Georgia etc.
Billionaires can afford to live anywhere. Millionaires - even those with tens of millions - can't necessarily.
Apart from the very real need to engage in wealth preservation, there are other factors motivating emigration to outside the EU. For example, many wealthy EU residents have a moral objection to their tax money being squandered on policies and programmes that undermine social cohesion, indigenous culture and national identity. Citizens of the various EU member states have been watching in horror for many years now as their nations' sovereignty is slowly but surely legislated away, leaving their countries beholden to unelected officials in Brussels.
Not everyone feels that way, but many do. Enough is enough. My own tax accountant told me last year that she is dealing with an ever increasing number of wealthy Dutch clients who have decided to leave the EU for a better quality of life elsewhere. Western Europe isn't what it used to be.
Wow. Very eye-opening and valuable information here.
😊
100 percent agree
He s a scammer! Read the 100 of bad reviews!
😮
Don’t use his services.
@NomadElite Please: Define 'arbitraging a lot' as meant to be applied here.
Do a video on Cambodian citizenship. I'm getting conflicting instructions from youtubers.
Let me see what we can do. Thanks!
Funny, the Nomad Capitalist R&D channel just dropped a video about Paraguay now.
They posted lots of inaccurate information!
@@NomadElite Are you fricking kidding me. And I'm even taking notes because I'm passionate about this stuff, LOL! Thank you for the heads up!
@@NomadElite That sounds disturbing! The video seemed informative. Can you please provide some specific examples?
I actually enjoy his channel and a lot of the information he presents can be useful , but I’m not a wealthy individual. My take or should I say opinion on TH-camrs in general would be not to worry about what the other guys channel is doing , but to work on your own channel and try to provide reliable and accurate information for your subscribers and viewers.
Thanks for your feedback.
Absolutely excellent video.! Thank you. Mike in Colorado
Thank you, Mike. 🙂
Andrew wears makeup i believe when he does his videos. He is young.
Even lip gloss at times!
@@NomadElite true well spotted
It's hard to capture a very light toned person on film. He needs a professional to come in and teach the right application of make-up and lightning to his crew.
Thank you.

He is a sleezy liar
watched one interview with the guy and got the scammy vibes

Happy to hear that. Thank you!
He's always using common sense.

Andrew is a scammer!
Yeah what a weasel.
He is a goof
I wanna be like him and get rich
Who'd have thought a man with a handbag would throw a hissy fit about you taking about him and get his lawyers on you 😂. Great video!
I hope not!
I kinda wonder if they were his lawyers or his liars, which is pronounced almost the same. I would do a search of his IP address to see if it connects the two.
@@NomadElite not the most harmless looking. The most weak looking. Not that they could physically harm you, because obviously they can't, but that's what makes weak people dangerous because they will resort to other tactics and shadyness, because they don't have a spine to have good decent morals and ethics. Even Dr Jordan Peterson talks about this, that the weaker people are often very shady and untrustworthy, etc.
The letter was from a real law firm. I don’t know the owners.
You articulated it well. Thank you!
