Auditing the police is very important for this exact reason, too many police won't attend burglaries of the normal working man but will send 5 officers for a man with a camera, the normal working man would also get a penalty for accidentally going into a bus lane whereas police and councils are exempt from this. Equally nothing will happen for officer on the phone whilst driving. The whole system is corrupt to the core
It doesn't have to be that way. They need elite management that are paid very well to recruit and train officers that are to be paid well to have similar standards. They seem to be recruiting demographic/woke quotas.

I was in Rochester today, I witnessed and recorded an arrest. The police car was parked facing the wrong way on the zig zag lines of a crossing. No flashing blue lights were used to indicate this was an emergency therefore the parking was a traffic offence. The police don't care, they are above the law not warranted citizens as Sir Robert Peel envisaged. The rather small lady they arrested was handcuffed with her hands behind her back despite begging them not to. This is painful and damaging to shoulders and wrists. One of the Kent Police officers was wearing the thin blue line badge, why am I not surprised?

There are a number of issues (not in order of priority) that might restore public confidence in policing. 1. Compensation for their wrongdoings comes out of their own pockets. 2. When convicted of a crime/crimes, individual police should be punished according. 3. Within the constabulary, when things go wrong, senior ranking police are held fully accountable. 4. A stringent vetting process should be implemented within the College of Policing. 5. Police complaints and oversight systems are lacking in civilian oversight, and that issue should be resolved. 6. Sacked police and police who have committed crimes and police who have resigned whilst under investigation should not receive their pensions.
It’s always been like that, those in authority have gotten away with all sorts in the past but now are being held to account and they don’t like it. This is why they are using lawfare against the populace.

Then accelerated knowing you caught him. The Township: The areas of expensive paving are massive and looks to have inadequate drainage slots. I hate the artificial plants stuck in each of those grey/blue planters outside the Corn Exchange. Big contrast to the real plants in the garden in front of them. Very few seats and no shade. The Sculpture looked hideous and out of proportion to its location. Could have been placed up the road in the middle of the paving, without blocking traffic.
