I always treated this piece as a challenge, but not something I'd listen to compared to other pieces with stories behind them and an emotion. And you nailed both! This is awesome :)
It's amazing to see someone finally perform the official playable sheet version of Rush E by Sheet Music Boss! I've been searching for a performance of the official arrangement for a long time, and seeing it used is incredibly satisfying and an honor. I haven't been able to find any TH-cam piano cover videos that use the official arrangement, except for one by Heart of the Keys. The others are either played by ear or improvised, which is a bit unfortunate. No disrespect intended, though. I'm just more biased to the official version. Your performance is fantastic, especially the repeated E notes section, which is challenging to play and requires a lot of practice.
