You need to add multiple project exposure . Sandbox Hand On exp also will work

SAP FICO consulting is high profile job as its need high expertise & skills . So small company will not afford to go for SAP projects .

Being fresher its difficult to get consulting job ..That's why it is always advisable to go for SAP training when you have relevant domain exp ..
Definitely you can start SAP user as career once you have exposure and exp upgrade to SAP consulting. .There are good opening available on P2P,O2C and R2R on user profile

There is no issue with qualified CA to get SAP Consulting Job .

Having certification is advantage, but not mandetory in India for consulting job
