eSBR 800 had the FASTEST acceleration but you can’t exceed 163mph (260km/h) unless you equip an Adjustable final drive and set it to the lower number to prevent wheelspin
Or the Civetta Bolide TrackToy, you can tune it to reach 700 km/h and then the wheels explode and you can't really know how much more it could have accelerated. There should be a mod for indestructible wheels like there were on the Hyper Bolide land speed record configuration but they weren't available for any other car
