Pro Tip: When scrambling, turn off the ESC. The electronics get all confused when the car parts aren't what they're expecting, esp if the front and rear wheels are mismatched. Turning the ESC off entirely will just let you put power to the wheels.
Works every time for me when I scramble and get a car that just crawls along.
