@@mianalihaiderofficial dear sir, i want to make a humble request. pls make a video on different kinds of magistrates. i have tried to study it myself but i find it so confusing. for example, an AC, who also acts as an SDM, records the confessional statements. but the officers from the executive do not have education of law nor do they understand the legal complexities. then why do they undertake proceedings under 107, 133 CrPC?
pls respond. this will be a treasure for young professionals like me. stay blessed
