    Step 2- Meshing of stator, you said, "repeat the steps that we did early for stator."
    What do you mean by this? Are you reffering to any previous video or you just said it mistakenly, mean you intended to say rotor. Kinldy clarify this.
    Thankyou

    Hi, thanks for the great video! Could you possible make a savonius simulation inside a pipe? and derive power graphs and power coefficient graphs with RPM? That would be a huge help. There is a gap in existing videos!

    Do you know the math for electric motors: grinder, drill, blender, wand blender, alternator, home fan, treadmill, washing machine, etc... universal vs dc ? what can you find that's already made in vertical type turbine, ( cylinder hood vent) etc... or can you purchase or make blades for metal circular bases with a shaft . What size shaft is required for rpm to watts to volts to motor size and rpm zone (ie-100-2500 rpm ) or 800 -8000 rpm etc... ?

    • @CFDIntech
      @CFDIntech  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      When we use expression we can to choose any units or remove them. Power of the turbine rotor is calculated as P (power) = M (torque)* omega (RPM*pi/30). You can to follow for units or no. Whatever, you get unit - [Watt]

    Why did you set 100 rev/min?

    • @CFDIntech
      @CFDIntech  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rotation speed relates from moment on a shaft (generator + friction losses), which we don't know. So i set random rotation speed. But if you know moment you can calculate your rotation speed - n through expression for power: N = M*pi*n/30.

      @AggarwalPranshu 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@arshynmeiirbekov6830 You can use the formula Torque= (Power output/RPM)*(30/pi). Power formula is 0.5*CP*rho*A*v^3; where v is your free stream velocity, A is area swept by the turbine, rho is air density and CP is turbine efficiency. You can define your required torque and then calculate for power.

    И здесь тоже. Типа сам ввёл частоту вращения и давай мощность калькуляте) Ветровая турбина же не так работает. Сам частоту вращения ты не задаёшь как в электродвигателе.

    • @CFDIntech
      @CFDIntech  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      можно 6DoF считать подход, но там есть свои нюансы, проще посчитать вращение турбины с разной фиксированной частотой вращения и снять момент. Нагрузка на ЭД + механические потери трения будут создавать момент нагрузки, который и будет определять фактическую скорость вращения турбины. То есть можно построить моментную характеристику турбины n - M (частота вращения/момент на валу) затем посчитать предполагаемую нагрузку потреблямой электрической мощности + механические потери трения ( на подшипники и тд), после этого на графике моментной характеристики турбины, можно найти точку момента на валу которая и будет соответствовать определенной частоте вращения.

I tried to do it by myself, but I am not sure if it is correct 100%? + why when I start interring the data in the CFX setup section, it crashes and the CFX closes suddenly :((( ☹
