9:00 The event month schedule is to "Participate". When you participate the event activates for the 90 days duration to get points for both Part 1 and Part 2 + the shop. Each part needs 20 days to max the piece so all people have 50 extra days worth of time to reset the piece if you change your mind and spend the points in the shop.
Extra note, regardless if you already decided which piece you want, grab anything and start upgrading right away since you can reset later for only 300 points and use all the upgrades straight away.

IMO Rage set is the best bang for your buck for newer players. A good rage set lets you break into the harder hunts easier and farm any set you need after.
