- Just a day to take a quick look at some of the random 1/12 scale items items I've picked up, customized or been sent over the past few months to supplement my Star Wars, G.I.Joe, and Marvel displays, like some Hasbro Grogu items, an Outback X-Men Wolverine set piece, ROBO MAD!, some awesome capes and weapons, Spider-Man's Toumbstone and NXM Beak, and amazing Star Wars heads and dioramas.

I love watching Robo's joy on Play Days, but his reaction to Beef Rot/Rancid was on a whole other level.

Those Star Wars diorama pieces at the end--*chef's kiss* With the Cantina Bar con set coming out, I hope Hasbro is starting to feel the desire from collectors for places to display their figures just as much as getting the figures themselves. Of course making great figures to go with the dioramas is key too (probably a good part of why Snoke w/ throne and Luke with island base didn't sell well initially, aside from the movie itself).
Robo you’re so lucky people send you some of the best stuff. This is definitely what I like watching the most out of your videos. Customizing just makes this hobby that much more fun.

That "vintage collection" grogu is actually from the retro collection, a line of vintage kenner reissue/vintage style figures, sorry if this sounds rude
Was going to write this as well. Was getting annoyed I couldn't find images of this "vintage collection" version. Interesting to see it scales well with Black Series figures, though.
To be fair it is a bit confusing because there is also a Vintage Collection version too.
@@someguy7567 I don't blame any mixups that can occur, they are VERY similar.
The important part is that Black Series is supposed to be 6 inch and both Vintage and Retro collections are 3.75 inch, yet Grogu is the same size in Retro and Black Series versions? (my SHFigurarts Grogu is much bigger than my Black Series Grogu ... makes me think Black Series might just be scaled too small, just like with the Astromech droids)
Now i need to know if TVC Grogu is also the same size, because that one comes with a MUCH better pram... while Black Series Grogu comes with none at all, noooo you have to buy the "Din Djaren and the Child" double pack, which i can not find for a reasonable price, if at all, anymore.
@@ZeroB4NG vintage collection grogu is definitely smaller, i think by about half a head?

Heck yeah, keep highlighting these great customizers! I just got a few MOTUC compatible heads from Plastic Curves and they were awesome!!! Some paint and I had a beautiful 200x replacement head for the Masterverse Skeletor!!!

I don't know if its available in the US, but I saw someone on Etsy with an amazing custom wired cloth cape for the Black Series Moff Gideon which was pretty similar to the one here, but the engineering was insane with there being threads that held it in place. You'd tie them once they were over the shoulder pads so it held in place allowing the cape to look how it does in the show without falling off, and the threads would fall into the shoulder joint so you can't see them. I regret skipping it.
Also saw someone on Etsy selling a TVA time collar for the recent Loki figure.

Great play day video. I Put together two shelfs for more figures while listening. Man the things some people make are amazing. I wish the scale of the diorama was for my transformers toys. I think they would be a little small. I would love to have my transformers in famous movie scenes.

Beef Rot. That is just fabulous! I have tried the hot glue with wire tendrils. Man that is hard. I wonder what the trick is to get that smooth finish. I can’t find that dang Grogu with egg tank anywhere. Oh my the Hangry Robbo is fine work. That Imperial back door dio is freaking fantabulistic! Great stuff!
