- Hey guys! Finally got around to doing a MOD LIST/BUILD BREAKDOWN of all my parts on the car. I didn't really go into much detail because I wanted to keep it short and simple. zhlebinkov i don’t know the part number but it’s two pieces! You also need the f sport bumper in order to fit it or else it won’t work
I have the base model. Just bought a conversion bumper on ebay to fsport. As Jason said you will have to change the whole thing. Unfortunately no one makes the same style grill alone to fit the base bumper.

I have a 2014 is250 and I have been looking for a exhaust for like 3 months but I can’t find the right one. I really want yours but would it fit?
It would need to be custom fabricated to fit. And you would need a diffuser with the proper exhaust openings for it to fit as well.

One quick question bro, cuz I'm waiting for the strut bar to come in the mail, this fits the IS without having to make any adjustments right? You didn't specify so I'm guessing probably not?

Nice whip...I like your style. If this was mine I would probably do away with the body kit (keep rear diffuser) but to each his own, I guess I prefer to keep the stock look) and you said it yourself the front breaks. I would also consider putting red tape trim around the whole car at the bottom.

My fiancee got her IS' resonator removed today which paired with her Invidia axleback, sounds pretty good! It saved us some money instead of switching over to adding a mid-pipe. No rasp which was a bonus. I think she commented on your IG today lol.

Yes it will! It’s meant for any IS from years 2014-2016!!! It’s the best looking front lip IMO!🙌🏿

did you also install the exhaust yourself? Also, are you running stock mid-pipes and just added the axle backs?
In this video, it was stock midpipe with no resonators, and a custom axleback
what else other than the resonator deletes on your exhaust do you have that makes it sounds so nice?

Car looks good man. Was hard to see everything at night and I'm not too familiar with Lexus but it's clean. I do like the sound it makes also... Mine can be loud when it wants to be but the BMW exhuast on mine isn't consistent and keeps me guessing lol 😅

Hey! I know you destroyed your front lip splitter before, I just did it to mine, was wondering who I need to get in contact with to fix it. Auto body shops have rejected the project
You would just need to contact body shops in your area that can do it!
My mechanic fixed mine with bondo/fiberglass I believe.
I didn't know it was a 250. I have a 350 and I am pushing 350hp with headers, exhaust, and a tune.
If you want power look at the RR racing supercharger kit, I think its like 380hp for the 250. I don't want to put it on mine because it contradicts with my NA build, but it might work for you if you wanted more power. The engine is over built so it can handle it.

And yesss I do want the supercharger! Stage 2 is 360 WHP. It’s insane. Hopefully someday I’ll be able to afford it!!!!🙌🏿

@@Bay_RCF no rubbing issues at all! I burned through my fenderliner when I had stocks with 25 mm spacers up front and 20mm spacers rear. Other than that, nothign bad at all! I know most people regret not getting RSR superdowns after they got half downs

Does the stock front emblem come apart so you can paint the inside chrome logo??? Or did you just paint over top of the clear?
It doesn’t come apart unfortunately! However you can paint over the clear! Which is what I did!

Man I have the 2016 is200t and just did a muffler and resonater delete but it sounds nothing like your is250! . Really thinking about grabbing the invidia exhaust just to get the same exact sound like yours!! Love the car my guy

Yo Jason not sure if you'll see this but looking to do the RC conversion as well, for the toms diffuser did it comes as a whole rear bumper or you had to get 2 separate parts?
It’s a diffuser! So it only covers the bottom portion of your OEM bumper!
@@JasonNguyen Gotcha I went ahead & ordered the diffuser, waiting for the quad axleback to be in stock, do I need anything esle or is it just fabrication/welding from there?

I know you posted prices for all the mods... but it woulda been nice if you had done a breakdown on *your* total running costs, how much money & time you may have spent modding :) just a suggestion, maybe for a future vid. as asians you know we some math nerds lol.

A couple questions.
Do you have the 300 or 350? I have the facelift 300 and I was wondering if it would be worth it to get an exhaust? Yours sounds mean, but I don’t know if any exhaust would sound good on the on the 4cyl turbo.
Second. Did you think Rpf1 fit good on the IS? Or should I just save and go RS-R on the stock f sport. I was thinking that the IS is more luxury than performance and the Rpf1 would just look awkward, but I liked how it looked on yours! Ideally I’d like the LM or LM-R but those are just way out of my budget.
Anyways, dope car man that thing is goals. Especially the seats.
Edit: I just realized it’s the 250. Which I actually prefer to the I4 turbo 😭
I don't know if it will be "worth" it but I know it will make driving more fun! That is the reason why I did not get a 200t/300. I knew it wouldn't sound the way I wanted & I also could not afford the 350 at the time. Yeah the RPF will fit fine however you may need to find specs that clear your brakes. 250s have smaller front calipers. So you may find RPF1s with specs that clear it or use a 10/15mm spacer up front. I think SBC RPF1's would look amazing. Sporty and luxury. I just could not find them in my price range AND size.

How hard is it to paint match over carbon fibre? I have a 2018 IS300, I'm interested in the CF trunk but I'd prefer paint matching as well (Atomic Silver).
I believe it is not hard! I did not do it however. My mechanic did it. I am sure you jsut need to properly prep and you should be fine.

Yes! Depends on the offset though!
Idk if I should get the 05 is300 or the 2016 one, the 05 is is amazing especially for modding the engine but it’s almost 20 years old vs this 5 year old car
It’s all personal preference! If you know you’re gonna do performance mods then IS300! Because even though it’s old, it can still last forever if you take care of it! The 2016 is def updated but it’ll just be a nice looking daily with not much power potential!

how much were the seats? like the padding i want to do that too.
I found them used for a great price! However from Lexus, I believe it’s $950 each side and the plastic vents are $127 each side!

Depends on the size! I was running 18x9.5 +35 all around and I was fine :)

I mean. Both second gen and third gen have the same rear bumber.
@@iBraheem_3 2nd gen is a completely different bumper from 3rd gen however the 2is has the TOM's Diffuser as well AND the CF Wald Diffuser which is my Favorite on the 2is :)

Hey man! I installed them with some random dude who screwed me over and didn’t torque everything down. I got it properly inspected and reinstalled at 2Kracing however there is a shop that is super great and can install flawlessly. It’s called Built To Spec in Canoga Park. Owner’s name is Dom!

Thank you thank you! Unfortunately it will NOT fit without custom fabrication. Cutting, welding, making new brackets. It is all definitely possible with a good shop!

Where did you ger your seats from and did you have to make any modifications to the actual mechanics of it. Or plug and play? And did you just take a fuess with that strut bar? I inly see toms racing and megan racing that are actual spec of this car.
I got one seat off a buddy of mine and another one on OfferUp. They are only seat covers so direct swap. I have videos of installing it on my channel as well. As for the strut bar, I took a guess and it fit!

Ya im tryna get a damn tune but nobody has one down and pat. Theres a bunch of piggy back flash systems but orange virus seems to be the only one with boots on the ground. And there still working kinks out. There at stage 2 as of now but still with constant patches. From what i hear the turbo is pretty much the chocking point holding it back form its potential but nobody can get the ecu properly cracked. Fucken lexus, but it plays into why these cars last forever. So we will have to sit on our hands while they figure this out. Just get me over 300 with bolt ons. Hondas do it all day.

Your tanabe tower strut bar is labeled in the description for a GS. Is that a typo or can the gs strut work for the is250?

Did you just use the VHT spray or did you do the whole process with polish, sanding and clear coat it?
All I did was clean, VHT paInt, then clear!

I never knew you checked out my videos!!! Thank you so much man! It’s been a cool minute since I last saw you! I would recommend taking the emblem off if you can. The pegs behind the emblem break kind of easily so you have to be super careful. You can always buy one from a junk yard! But I just clean it with like any household spray cleaner or car wash soap. Dry and then paint! Then protect with clearcoat.

You have a 350! You have way more potential to spit flames! You should definitely do it! And yes, it's not easy. I work my ass off doing Overtime and I know ALOT of people are in the same boat as I am! But once you get what it is you're working towards, it pays off and its a rewarding feeling knowing you put so much time/effort into it!
