Clean AU Ford Falcon HVAC with CRC Pro Cleaner | Did it work...

Cleaning the AU Ford Falcon HVAC ( I had my doubts ). End results were good.
I don't believe the good results I got would have been as good if I had only pushed the hose in the vents.
What I did to be able to spray CRC AC Pro Cleaner as close to the heater core and evaporator is the reason why I got the results I did.

Great call on moving the cable outer. That’s the air blend. I wonder if removing the fan resistor would also be a good spot to spray in. It’s beyween a/c evap and heater core. I’m gunna try this soon. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The pro cleaner is only for mould and bacteria cleaning. Not to help airflow. This product will not help increase the efficiency of the cooling power of the ac system

That's what the bloke at SCA said as well. However the packaging says - "Professionally cleans & sanitises auto air conditioners Destroys mold & bacteria. The formulation gets deep into the system for a thorough clean" So I took the chance. I didn't expect it to clean it but I was hopeful. The proof is in the pudding. I can tell you first hand that it may not have cleaned it properly but it most definitely helped. I can feel a difference in the airflow. As for the part where it says "Long lasting protection Eliminates odours with a Fresh citrus scent" It made the car stink for about a day and you couldn't smell it anymore after that. Cheers
