Nobody could make it better than a good engineer. Not because you understand the solution wel, but because you understand the problem so good. You definitely take more time to understand things like me. Amazing video.
Lots of thanks, but I have question. Can we put air separator after the chilled water pump ? I know we should be fixed before chwp but I don't have space in pump room .
It would have been better had you explained the working of a condenser and evaporator and cooling tower with figures in the same video representation. Would have been able to grasp the concept better. The truck idea is not so bad, but there is no transfer of chilled water and hot water taking place in a condenser. it's just different pipes. Inaccurate.

@@zebralearnings Yes friend, I need to upgrade a Chiller, I am an automation technician and have advanced knowledge in industrial electronics, I have a lot of knowledge with the PLCs PCO2 system and EVDdriver EVD0000200, I have been repairing PLCs for many years, from time to time I do the calibration of the analog ports and sometimes it is also necessary to download the bios into the MCU of the controller.
@@edsonlopes3610 Hi friend, you need a qualified HVAC technician or Engineer to evaluate your chiller's compatibility with PCO5+, and installation, wiring, programming, testing, and many other things are there.
@@zebralearnings I plan to replace all of the chiller's connectors and cables, so upgrading the connections is practically nothing, I have the chiller's electrical diagram, I can make the changes and I still have the old bios converted and downloaded for the PCO5+
Clear and understandable explanations suitable for beginners and individuals without an engineering background.
Thank you so much.
Good explanation for even a beginner and non-engineering persons
Thank you so much 😊
Thank you for making these very helpful animations
You are welcome.

Thank you so much for your appreciation.
Great learning system sir thank you so much

I had such a hard time understanding this, but now it’s so clear! Thanks so much
Happy to help! 😊
This explanation is very good. We need more video like this.
Very nicely explained. Thank you
Thank you so much. 👍😊
Very well explained thank you so much :)
Thank you!!!
Very nice way of explaining things. I would be happy if a compressor is added in this video
My bad 😥 The compressor is shifting the truck from evaporator to condenser.
I love this experiment and how chillers work
Great video! the truck analogy is interesting! if anyone needs a tower, chillers, or pumps in the phoenix area send a note we'll get you hooked up.
Lots of thanks, but I have question.
Can we put air separator after the chilled water pump ?
I know we should be fixed before chwp but I don't have space in pump room .
Super creative explanation 👍👍
Thank you so much 🙂
The work is really appreciated thank you
You're welcome!
Good Video Most Creative Video
Thank you!!! 😊
amazing explanation through truck Animation
Glad it helped!
You should have mentioned different temperatures in the process. By the way great explanation
Just, I wanted to explain it in simple way without any complication.
So wonderful video More thnxs Go on
Many many thanks 😊
No compressor
Excellent video, super,❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you very much 😍
is the location of the pump put wrongly? the pump should pump the chilled water or condensor water to higher level right
Wow, very nice explanation 👍🏻👍🏻
Welldone😊
Thank You 👍
Clear and understand
Thank you 😊
Perfect Explanation
Super ..Clear Explanation
Thank you so much 🙂
Please make the videos on how to calculate heat load, CFM, Static pressure and how we select cooling coil for AHU?
Yeah! Good suggestion. I will make soon.
Good👍🏻
Thank You
Thanks 🙏
May i know how condenser and chilled water and compressor is working in this loop
well explained
Thank You

Best explanation
Thanks for liking 👍
Nice 👍 sir.
Good explenation, but Compressor missing in this refrigeration cycle system
My bad
Excellent explination
Thank You!!!
Super explain
Thank you 🙂
What does the compressor do in this cycle
Amazing video, may I know the software used?
It's Wondershare Filmora
Amazing
Thank you, and keep support.

Which software used for create this video
Very nice
Please post the complete technical design and parameters of chillers and heat exchanger

How to determine the volume of chiller plant based on room size
If expansion valve can give cooling then why we need cooling tower
Bro learn basic of refrigeration
Thanks sir
super thanks
Thank you too!
Sir your method is great i have one question? How can i ask

How about the compressor. There is no compressor in Chiller?
My bad for not adding the compressor. Actually, the compressor is shifting the truck from evaporator to the condenser.
@@zebralearnings Either way, your videos are really dope fantastic. Keep it up!!!!

Where is the compressor unit??
Hi sir please chiller display explain how the work
I will explain
Where is the compressor n work
❤
🥰
Air cooled chiller plant animation bana dijiye
Sure 👍
Without compressor how to pressure increase and condensing the refrigerant 😮
I didn't show the compressor in this video, I made this video to understand the chiller plant easily.
Kenapa itu gambar nya ada getaran,,raster horizontal tutorial nya blom slese tuhh..suhu maaf melenceng dan koreksi 🙏🙏
The truck is vibrating because of the running engine.
Please i am new with chillers
I need help 🙏
All the best.
Stay tuned for more videos.
Where is a compressor?
😟 Compressor is the one which is shifting the truck from the evaporator to the condenser.
