Yes! My map made the cut! Would you believe I've never played a level of Left 4 Dead in my life? BTW, thanks for including it; that was probably the toughest time I've had making a map so I'm glad the effort was appreciated.
@@darmemos653 The name was actually a parody of the movie "Hardcore Henry". I had watched it shortly before the theme was announced and thought it would be cool to make a map based of of it. That's also where I got the ending from. I didn't realize until I was about half way done with the map that the first installment of L4D also ended with you fighting off unarmed assailants on a roof top until you escape by helicopter. (Pro tip: as a reference to Hardcore Henry, I put a couple of SPAS 12's & some grenades in the shed on the roof. You can get to them by climbing the AC unit and jumping, incase it wasn't clear. )
Excellent work on these maps, everyone! The apartment one, pandemic, and the remaining pt2 are probably my favorites judging from the video. The last one especially looks impressive. Looking forward to the next showcase event. :)
There are some awesome maps in here! Having played a few of them myself, I’ve gotta say Hindsight’s was my favorite. He and I played it when he first published it and I gotta say, the detail on it was nothing short of immersive. Anyways, excellent video as always Sam!
Great video as always man! Looking forward to playing these zombie maps. Just one thing, maybe you could put the names of the maps in the video details so I have them to hand when I play the game. I probably should have written them down as I watched it =) That new logo looks great, says it all.

Hi Sam, been awhile haha, I thought I’d tell you that I’ll be coming back, to map making, to commenting, being active on your discord (at least posing photos of progress for whatever theme we have) I do apologize for being absent to some extent. So yeah, I’m back and ready, after seeing this video it definitely has some serious skilled creators, which is awesome to see since I remember my first maps, and everyone else’s when you first started this series, there’s definitely been some change in skilled builders and even OG creators who have been building since the release of this series and game. Anyways thank you for keeping me interested in Farcry. I seriously cannot wait till Farcry,6 comes out (hopefully with an editor) it’s definitely going to be fun, and hopefully give me the feeling of something new haha. Stay safe Sam!
Wish the devs knew more about guns because there are many inaccuracies. Oh well i hope its fun. By the way sam, I absolutely suck with spawn points. Any tips?
Stuck with spawn points during editing ? . Take one spawn point , select all for deletion and delete them all, start over again to be sure players don't respawn in the middle of the map. Be sure you will also need to set new respawns in the scripting ( transfer too other location) and link them once again to the script.

These maps were made in Far Cry 5 but there is a real 'reboot' of Left 4 Dead releasing later this year called 'Back 4 Blood'...worth checking out!
