I do like how this game has a lot of fun little classes and I love how WHAT type of person you are (goth skater etc) affects your class I think it’s a clever quirk

Hehe.. just noticed the figurine shadows of He-Man and Lion-O and the hanging Enterprise. No clue who the dinosaur is.
Yeah I just would play this for the humor and 'retro' references only.

Ha, yeah, the references are fun. I think when they first drop you on Tanton, there are at least eight sci-fi references right on the first screen they drop you into!

The dino figurine is Robbie from the 1990’s TV show “Dinosaurs”:
Here you can see Robbie in the show: th-cam.com/video/QSdO0rencSs/w-d-xo.html
I loved that show for its surprisingly “adult” humor in parts, and the awesome puppet work.

      Are you sure?
They've got it listed on their website, but I could be missing something.

Retcon Raider well Kyy Games was the developer for the sequel: www.kyygames.com/games.php
Its posible that Beholder could have colaborated as a consultor, since at the time they were busy with chroma squad.

Chiptune Music you say? Well I don't hear any chiptune at all, neither in this review nor in the gam's trailer. Only Synthwave (with synth sounds from early analog SYNTHESIZERS for pop music and stuff from the 80s, not chiptune sounds from a cheap audio chip inside a game console like the NES or the Gameboy)
Other than that this review is totally awsome featuring just the information I needed to hear

      Ha ha, that's fair.
I'm from the MTV generation, so I have a hard time differentiating between the growing number of genres and sub-genres of music that exist these days!

Not a big deal, it's just a dust particle on top of a delicious review cake. Just wanted to mention it once for your education. But hey, both Synthwave and Chiptune are considered retro music so you weren't off that far 😅😊
But I'm also suprised that this video has so few clicks, likes and comments although it features super high quality writing for a review and is practically perfect with its explaination and exposition of mechanics, story and game design 👍
