We are a family of 5 living life in North Pole, Alaska! Where Santa Claus House is right down the street! We love spending time together as a family, having fun, learning through homeschooling, growing in our faith, and building our forever home! We hope you enjoy seeing are crazy life, full of lots of laughs, great memories and maybe a few tears..

To get in the spirit me and my kids did random acts of kindness at the grocery store. It lifted our spirits. My husband passed away November 19th and we didn't have a Thanksgiving. Just know we was so touched by your family. Love from South Carolina!!

It’s crazy to hear Bert say there’s a small family from Alaska that care about people. Since I have been subscribed I am amazed at this family every day and how they live their lives. It’s very rare to find a family that has a foundation in God but at the same time lives at life by an example. To see them share their hearts and their souls with everyone around them is a blessing.I am so thankful every time I see a new video, because it’s like a light in the day. Thank you Somers family for everything you do and for creating a family full of Happy People’s!!!!

I missed getting the black buffalo plaid by seconds lol. It's ok though there will be another time and I took most of the money I would have spent on that and had an absolute blast doing random acts of kindness.

Was in line at Mcdonald and the woman ahead paid for my ice tea, very shock, I paid for the car behind me and the smile he gave me. I loved it. He was so surprised and happy. Hope that it was a domino effect. I give to the homeless and fix hot chili for them on street corners and at times but breakfasts.

I cried at Evelyn...my niece was first in our state with horses hunters/jumpers and decided to leave the sport....my heart is so broken....I hope she will come back to it and enjoy like Evelyn 👍
I'm anxiously awaiting my order in the mail. So excited that I was able to get everything I ordered! Over the Thanksgiving holiday, the family all gathered up at the cabin in Bryan Head, Utah. I watch your videos, because they help and encourage me. The dark winters are difficult for me, so I really appreciate these videos. I figure that you all understand how to deal with cold winters. I personally love watching your videos as while you do touch on current issues in the world, you always bring positivity and joy which is so needed right now. On another note, many vloggers who I watched in the past, as soon as their subscribers number went up, there content became very different and it was all about money making. You focus exactly on the opposite. Yes, money is important and it pays the bills but there is so much more to life and you keep reminding us about that.

Bert, is right, sometimes our world can be kinda dark. I enjoy watching your videos so much about your life in Alaska. I loved the pictures of Denali, amazing, beautiful, and Sleeping Lady, beautiful. I get tears sometimes watching your acts of kindness. I can not afford of things, but I can do things for people that do not cost anything because those are free and from the heart. I live 5 minutes from KRISPY KREME and when I go to Walmart and see the HOT light on, I want to go get me a doughnut SO BAD. I found out in October I am a diabetic, so I have to pass by and just remember how they used to taste. LOL It is really so good that yall get to enjoy Krispy Kreme in Alaska. I never would of thought of a Krispy Kreme in Alaska. Years ago, it was hard to get a Krispy Kreme where I live, we used to have to drive to Charlotte to enjoy Krispy Kreme. Thank you for making me smile. Who knows, Evelyn might go to the Olympics one day. That would be so amazing.
