    It looks great but I notice that Koreans like a lot of whipped cream. There was a Korean bakery near me and it shut down within a year. The bakery was good but most north americans just aren't into all that whipped cream. Not enough flavour.
    But the fresh fruit stuff was very nice and I do miss that.

      Italy. "Pan d'oro" mean "golden bread" or literally "bread of gold". However, in Italy, I've only seen the bread plain, so without the chestnuts, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. The people at this restaurant must have added those things.

      ​@@chiaraippoliti There are also steps missing or not done fully, when I saw the cross-section (after 18:30) I can see the texture of these mini pandoro would be quite soft, but not as spongy soft and fluffy as ones I have had (the fluffy texture won't be there in any case, the gluten strands on these are fairly short).

    I like what you guys made here but the only thing I disliked was everyone wasn't wearing gloves. Everyone working there should have gloves on at all times.

      When you working with dough. its hard to wear gloves. You should try. See if it easy or not

      Once the bread is baked, all germs are gone. If you're this picky, don't ever eat at a restaurant or eat processed food ever again. LOL

      Did the video got changed? I saw most people are wearing gloves. I never make pandoro but I do bake brioches and twice a year, pannetone. I prefer handling these enriched dough with gloves as they can be quite sticky and I hate cleaning flour from under my nails.
