*_Can't blame Miko though. This is the first time he's had something like this, it's expected he doesn't know how to react and not aware that a dash of selfishness is warranted and excusable at this junction. However, I am still hopeful this ship will sail and Crystal will be the bridge for these two to be together. Two saving graces for this episode though is that Miko already admitted to the YOUNG PADAWANS his true feelings for Xavier which also prompted the _**_#KaiSeph_**_ ship to finally sail._*

While watching this episode it dawned on me that somehow the earlier scenes of this series are thrown back to later episodes, like how they used figures so subtly well. Recall the first question on their online quiz night when Mico answered correctly and emphasized Romeo's death because of the greatest misunderstanding in a romantic tragedy. Similarly, Mico mistakenly thought of Xavier's response as hell of a joke which the latter ultimately lost grip, and confirmed that it is a joke, instead of insisting the truth. They both "died" in this scene because of misunderstanding, and things went on crashing.

You really can't blame Mico though. This is his first time to be in this kind of situation. Mico knows himself that he likes guys. Also he knows Xavier isn't in that league (yet) too. He can't just assume every approach Xavier makes as a real deal and that's understandable. As for Xavier, I think he is still confused that's why he didn't push through with the confession more. It really is complicated.

This was a very hard episode to watch.
I am happy that Mico's friends were so accepting and I am happy for Kookai and Seph.
But...Xavier wasn't joking...he was taking a chance, a real chance, and saying how he felt....
And then Mico messed it up. When Mico started talking, I was sitting here saying..."ohhh Mico, whyyy?"
(I understand that Mico was probably protecting himself, but the moment was destroyed.)
And now Mico is running away.
Well, we have two more episodes....I still want Mico and Xavier to be together.
And I have a funny feeling that Crystal just might play a positive part in bringing them together.

I finally got the guts to watch reaction videos again coz last night I just literally lost my mind. I was ranting in total disbelief. I initially blamed Mico for saying something like that when Xavier was truly confessing his feelings and Xavier didn't fight back and didn't say it's the truth, But come to think of it now, I think Mico's initial reaction was that he was trying to confirm Xavier's confession, Mico might have thought that Xavier would fight back and say its the truth, that would have been an easy way for him to confirm Xavier's feelings. But when Xavier didn't rebut , all hell break loose. Mico just lost the chance and created his own heartbreak. Xavier was very careful of confessing his feelings and since it was new to him, hearing Mico telling him if its a joke, he panicked and to save embarrassment he quickly played along with Mico's words.. You think Crystal sensed something about Mico and Xavier, coz I think she kinda did sensed something. ...Anyway...I enjoyed watching your reactions... Stay Safe ladies. #Fighting

the director that directed this series, also directed a movie called "too cool to be forgotten" just like the beer that xavier was drinking when he was having a "dinner/movie date with mico, its a gay filipino movie, it was a fucking sad ending, i dont know, hes gonna also to that here. Just to give you ladies a heads up. The lines being recited by Miko towards the end of the episode are lines from the poem he and Xavier are working on. The lines struck a nerve fatally with Miko since the lines fit his current predicament to a T.

We can't blame Mico for being hurt because of what he did. He's just so uncertain wether Xavier's serious about what he has said or not. But I think Mico should somehow gave it a try! He should've replied and told Xavier how he feels towards him too. Nobody is more excited than me to see the tidal wave of PH BLs this year. Ever since I started my BL journey, I have yearned for the day that BL becomes formally represented in mainstream Filipino media. Imagine my surprise when Gameboys was released. I felt a palpable excitement that manifested in time spent searching for reaction videos because I was genuinely curious as to how international reactors would find 1) a rather different format to filming, 2) a show that is timely and current, and 3) a BL series crafted from the Philippines.
I loved seeing the reactors, but let me say that THEY ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO REACT SHOULD THEY CHOOSE NOT TO. I know we're genuinely excited for Gameboys, Hello Strangers, In Between, the soon-to-be-released MyDay The Series, and so much more; but let's be mindful that reactors are human and simply cannot react to every single thing we want them to (I'm talking to you PH peepz). I know there's a huge wave of PH BLs coming this year, but we have no right to ask creators to react solely to PH BLs. We have to stop bombarding them with reaction reacts for PH BLs (trailers or otherwise) on every single video or social media outlet of theirs that, frankly, seem a bit excessive and borderline harassment. It's ok to request for reaction but let's remember that we follow reactors based on the appeal of authenticity. We need to let them decide what shows they want to react to and what shows they want to enjoy on their own time. I understand that because PH BLs have been, effectively, non-existent for some time that we desire for these shows to be brought forth into BL space, but let's be mindful of our behaviours on virtual space. These people are human too with a range of interests and proclivities, so let's allow them to carve the direction of their respective channels and allow them to decide what they want to share with us (because that's the only way it'll be genuine).
On the other hand --> im with you girls. Gots me all mad that Mico deflected so easily, but we could see how Xavier truly values Mico based on how he did exactly what Mico suggested he do (upload the video and share it with Crystal, try again with Crystal, etc).
