You *do* know that you have to boil the stuff, right? Pathogens don't do so well at temperatures above 150°, so 212° is more than sufficient to kill anything that might be on the phone... the flour probably has more pathogens in it than the phone does. That's why it's considered a raw material and must be cooked unless it's labelled "ready-to-eat." There's just no way of getting out all of the stuff that ends up in the grain between the farm and the mill. Do you have any idea how many dead mice I used to see in the tailings from smuthouse aspirators?

It looks like you’re working towards yourself with the knife, first cutting the right amount and then angling the knife blade away from you and pulling back so that the dough curls around the blade. I’m going to give this a shot myself once my dough finishes resting.

I think she was making them for sale. I didn't see any big bags or packages of the finished products, but I can't imagine she was making them for just her family or neighbor's families.

Per quello che so,fanno orecchiette anche x vendere. Ci vuol comprare compra. È in un viale vecchio di Bari molto conosciuto. Ci sono anche altre donne se non sbaglio che fanno lo stesso diciamo lavoro.
