I could definitely use something like this Bruce. sometimes I make on the fly videos when a trade happens in the NHL and I need to record really fast from anywhere, and still have it look somewhat professional

BUYER BEWARE!! Have had the tripod about 2 years, and was changing the battery on the camera shutter remote control clicker. A small piece of the housing for the clicker broke ( see photo ), making the device useless. I contacted their customer service dept, and requested to purchase another remote control clicker. The customer service rep advised they dont sell them separately, requiring me to purchase another tripod, to obtain a replacement remote control clicker. I can't imagine Im the only customer who has lost, damaged, or broken the remote control device, and the company should sell them as a stand alone product.
I bought this tripod on Amazon but I have not been happy with it. I like the Bluetooth transmitter but the tripod seems a little awkward to adjust. The ball-head pops out very easily.
Great tip on a low-priced tripod.. thank you. I just ordered one on Amazon. As an fyi, as of today, 5/18/20, it is now $19.99 on Amazon Prime.
Next time try to set up the tripod on a handrail or piece of wood. So we can see how it work

Remote doesn’t work with my IPhone 14 pro. Recommended APP doesn’t work neither.

What does that strap do?
When using it as a selfie stick, you could put the strap around your wrist in order for it not to slip or fall
