What makes it funny is that Matt and Pat's characters and their voices completely contradict what Celestia and Luna are really like in the show. The humor with the pony avatars is in the contrast. Secondly, I appreciate the animation as a Media Arts person myself, and the animation here creates a great visual representation of the TBF commentary. Better than any other I have ever seen for TBF. And better than just watching the game itself. Because we get to "see" their reactions via the animated avatars. We get to see skits based on their commentary. That's why I watch more than one usually. I get if you are turned off by the pony avatars, and I'm no hardcore fan of MLP myself, but these are some of the best animated versions of let's player commentary on the web.

I only bought this game just recently, after hearing Pat's recommendation for it several times. It's an absolute masterpiece and one of my favorite games of all time. However, before 2BFP, I had no idea what the hell it even was. I wasn't even sure what it was after 2BFP, I just kind of bought it and found out.
Tabula Rasa Gaming Pat is the one who's getting me into JRPGs. I'm about halfway through Chrono Trigger right now, and after I finish my first playthrough, I'll pick up a copy of Persona 4 for my PS2. I just watched Collection 1 of the Animation, and it was fantastic.
Well...that was completely different from what I expected. I was expecting two actual sisters to play P4 and use MLP characters as their avatars or something. But nope, I got something even better!
This is by far my favorite of your videos, although I love all of them, this one was just a little too perfect. Especially since you used the anime for Persona.....just....splendid....
