It is pronounced Atoferatofe Raibaku, no silent letters and that is how it is in romanji, now, english is wierd, it doesnt like to play by the rules the rest of the world plays, so is normal for english natives to destroy names from other lenguages, i know that because my name is Ezequiel and english natives call me iziquiel for some reason, so changing how vocals sound is normal but making the e in Atoferatofe silent is what i dont understand, thats why it gets in my nerves :P
