Before that I thought RPGs meant role-playing games and then I played MGS and got a RPG gun and I was like "What the...? I got a role-playing game?" Turned out the acronym spelled rocket propelled gun. Ever since when someone said they're into RPGs I ask them to clarify what they mean by that acronym. If you don't you might end up at a military base one weekend night where fresh army recruits are role-playing while you thought it would be a totally different experience: "I mean, you're wearing a military uniform, sport a crew cut and talk about RPGs and asked me if I wanted to try one back at the military base where you're stationed. I thought you meant a rocket propelled gun, the weapon or perhaps your penis if that's the euphemism for it used in the army. But role-playing games? Sure, as long as the alcohol keeps flowing the dice will keep on rolling."

This movie was made to be bad it's not even debated, they make references to at least 2 old bad anti dnd movies I think, (15:06 is one) and they indicated that marcie is lesbian even before engaging on them evil rpg's when debbie is like "what could we do alone in out room?" Marcie is like "👁👄👁" and other stuff The best?/saddest?/indicative of how the people who think like the author are? Is that the guy didn't realized that they made it to be obviously bad at presenting his ideas as legit (not that they had to do much tho, but you can tell for the acting direction choices for certain scenes that they were treating the message of the original production with the respect it deserves, none) it's a thing that happens often, there's like a Facebook page with fake, clearly parody boomer style comics and you can see a lot of actual boomers think that they are legit, it's like they can't see satire or something
