Guys, 2020 is going to go down in history as one of the best, if not _THE_ best years of Skyrim modding....amongst other things, but screw talking about that, we’re here to escape into the beautiful world of Nirn!!!! Particularly, I think this is the year of a total, and _unprecedented_ evolution of animation mods. FNIS has finally been made obsolete, and I’m very grateful to Fore (the creator of FNIS) for all of these years of faithful dedication to the modding community, but I’m just completely thrilled that the Nemesis engine has been gifted to humanity, and taken the place of the now dead FNIS. From Combat Gameplay Overhaul, to Crouch Sliding, and from EVG Animation Variance (and EVG Conditional Idles) to Movement Behavior Overhaul, I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with the talent, dedication, and downright _passion_ that modders have for creating new, creative mods for this community. May Zenithar bless them for their hard work, and honest labor, that I have *never* appreciated more. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
xlegionx that is a perfectly fair point hahahaha. Skyrim modding, and the modders who spend their time creating all of the mods we love, are truly something to marvel at. From the small tweaks in gameplay, to the texture packs, and all the way up to the fully voiced, DLC sized quest/expansion/new lands mods, or even the full sized games, outside of the Elder Scrolls universe, using Skyrim’s engine, with their own lore, characters, and stories to tell (lookin’ at you, Enderal😎), all of these mods just never fail to impress me. And you’re absolutely right, they do all get better with every rotation of the Earth, and every trip around the Sun. And the best part is, I don’t see it slowing down anytime soon :D But I definitely see plenty more room to grow, because when it comes to Skyrim mods, I don’t think there’s a ceiling for how much better we can get! And we’ve still got _quite_ a fair bit of time before the next Elder Scrolls comes and mixes things up, so I’m super excited to see how the next few years go for Skyrim modding!!!! Speaking of which, have you guys seen the breathtaking beauty of the in-development projects like _each_ of the different Beyond Skyrim provinces/continents/islands? The Beyond Skyrim youtube channel releases monthly developer diaries showcasing their progress and what their plans are for the stories, and they’ve impressed me so much. They’ve gone from a seemingly over-ambitious plan, to a tangible one, and all of their different teams are doing a phenomenal job. I’m especially looking forward to Beyond Skyrim Atmora (by far the best premise in my opinion), BS Argonia, and BS Roscrea. But they literally all look fantastic. And of course, who could forget the OG ambitious projects, Skywind and Skyblivion? The Skywind team recently put out a video of an entire Dwemer dungeon, with the quest that goes along with it, and the outstanding voice acting of the NPCs involved. Seeing how far they’ve come over the years has been jaw-dropping.
Agree with that :D Though it will take some times for me to use Nemesis in all my games (even if ti's better in many ways) it's comforting to see that the modding in the Skyrim community is still active witl all these years ! And to think that the better is still to come with projects like Beyond Skyrim, Apothéosis or Skyblivion/Skywind, it's just incredible !
It may also be interesting to note that the "vanilla" fences look like an actual historical fence (although the posts are a bit too far apart), while option 1 of this mod he's showing is complete garbage. The "vanilla" type is called a wicker fence and it's made by weaving thin willow branches around upright posts. The willow easily bends around the posts, tying them together and providing a surprisingly strong barrier thanks to the fabric like weave. In terms of lore and history, this is a very legitimate style, although I can see people's point that the graphics engine doesn't support it very well. Option 2 is also a legitimate build, its strength primarily coming from the posts in the ground, which support each other thanks to the cross bars. But Option 1 never existed anywhere because it would be crap. It *looks* sturdy, but the strength of the fence is entirely determined by the strength of whatever is tying the horizontal logs, or rails, to the supports, and these logs were laid so that any pressure on any point from any direction will drive the rails away from the posts. Fences like this didn't actually exist because there was a better option using the same materials, called a split rail fence. It's the one that looks like 2-3 rails hanging in between two upright posts. In places where there were a lot of trees, the trees cut to clear the farm could be separated into sections and each section split in quarters to produce the rails, which where thinned and squared at the ends and fitted into a hole cut with a chisel into the posts. It's relatively quick to make, quite sturdy, lasts for centuries with the right wood, and can even be flexible enough to manage gentle curves and hills.
This is why I like your channel, you went through everything on Triumvirate, not just "hey cool spell kay next." High quality videos as always, keep it up bro!

Finding your channel was one of the main reasons why I started to mod Skyrim again. Thanks for all the content and the increasing quality of it. Like, there are so many mods that I missed and only found from your vids. Keep at it!

Oddly enough Venerable Nordic Temples might just be the most refreshing mod. It changes the boring old nordic temples so much, so even Bleak Falls Barrow looks like a different location. Gonna replace my old temple retexture with that :D
Some of the remodels aren’t even that different but when you actually download them and play with them in game, it’s absolutely beautiful. A modded Skyrim in 2020 looks like a completely different game from 2011
okay i loved the video. but i gotta say this : so i was watching the video , just vibing to the gameplay and background music when suddenly i thought WAIT A SECOND I KNOW THIS MUSIC.!!!!! and after a quick search my suspicions got confirmed... THIS LEGEND just put The Sims Building Mode music in a Skyrim Modding video lmao and i am all about it
Technically not related, but id recommend, if you don't know of it, checking out the Familiar Faces mod for skyrim SE. It basically let's you take any character you have and turn them into a follower for any of your world's. You just give them the equipment you want them to have in their save. Teleport to the familiar faces nexus, and save that character. Once saved, on any other save you can bring them into your world as a companion or potential wife/husband. You can also chose from any of the voices already in skyrim for that companion, aka, have khajiity waifu but the default doesn't do khajiity women justice, change it to Breton, or bosmer, or dunmer. A bit hard to find but not too hard
All right I really like the dark rather put armor in vanilla. And I wish that more modern authors would use that mesh. I would also like to get a glass on retexture using that mesh, because I hate those tassels!
I'm just glad I found a mod reviewer who has some of the greatest content of his genre! Keep up the good work, your videos are informative, hilarious, and great in quality!

I don't have any slooty mods... cough* I swear... I'll think about it. As for Nemesis, the youtuber JDM has done some very nice tutorials on it. And I guess there are a lot of videos on youtube already explaning ENB's better than I ever could :)
personally i think the vanilla fence fits the best since it's the most realistic design, albeit it lacks texture and model quality that the mod provides
Just subscribed after binging your videos for a straight few hours, lol. I really enjoy your content--proper balance between humour and focus on the mods without ridiculous editing and all. Something like MxR mods is nice, sure, but I always feel like their videos lack a certain depth and it really does feel like you actually went and tested these mods in depth before putting them in your videos. Keep up the great work, mate, high hopes for you shooting towards 1mil+ subscribers and following!
thanks for those kind words buddy. Glad I'm able to provide you with the content you're after. Yes, it is indeed important for me to use and test the mods out properly to do the mod author's justice!
Hi, first, the video its truly awesome, nice work :), u have one more sub. I have 2 questions: - The skin from the wolf, Is it part of triunvirate mod or is it from other mod? - In the video description you have written that you use ELE, RL and Shadows, can you tell me in what load order? Thanks so much :)
Most the time the reason means that everything in the sections just get spammed with a lot of stuff that shouldn't be in Skyrim but still fun and then you know that Skyrim is still alive after nearly 9 years! Fus Ro Dah!
I like updated textures as much as most people. But my issue with many texture mods is that they make everything look new, not worn and old like they should be. I mean, do you really think that farmers in Skyrim have time to go and wash the outside of their houses everyday. Don't get me wrong, they are beautiful, but to me, not as realistic as some people seem to think. Anyways, great vid.
get what you mean. But with extended familiy that live on a farm I can say yes, you get time for a lot stuff on a farm when not surrounded by technology😅
@@SgtGimlinho I live in a 100 year old farm house, even with powerwashing every month, can't eliminate the fade and ground in dirt built up over time, lol
Thank you for this report Sarge ! I didn't realize back then the difference made by the KS Hairdos retexture, so even for me who check the new Mods very often, your High-Quality vid' is quite usefull ! "May the winds of Kynareth guides you" (In this sea of Mods)
What was that camera change at 27:40? Is that a mod? Been looking for something to make conversations a little more cinematic, or just to see my character during them.
He is most likely using Alternate Conversation Camera. It has an ini file where you can configure how the camera acts. It looks as if he left it on default as I tweaked mine to not alternate between my player and the NPC. Mine is set to be only zoomed on the NPC.
@@SgtGimlinho Thanks for that! I could've sworn I'd used that mod in the past and it looked way different, but I just installed it and that's definitely it. Keep up the good work!

was there ever a question about it? 😉
of course!
people wanted the game they deserved so they took it upon themselves
SKYBLIVION SHALL BE THE BEST MOD EVER! It better have tons of mod compatibility.
Fallout 4 modding community is also amazing but that’s to be expected since there is a lot of overlap.

Even uninstalling and reinstalling Skyrim I haven't gotten the game to work in half a year.
I still watch though
I love how all the spells have D&D spell names
Wizkid Parallax Farmhouses is crazy good! so many buildings in Skyrm looks so awesome now, not just farmhouses!
It really is!
Being a dnd player im looking at these spells like hey I've seen this one before
It seems Enai Siaian has been playing DnD when he made Triumvirate
You made your game look like RDR2 and I'm living for it

The druid archetype reminds me of the Diablo druid class
I will literally pay you for a complete load order list so when i get my gaming pc my game will look as immaculate as yours-
easily my new favorite skyrim modder. the quality of your videos is incredible
Thank you so much for that buddy! More to come ;)
Hi, first, the video its truly awesome, nice work :), u have one more sub.
I have 2 questions:
- The skin from the wolf, Is it part of triunvirate mod or is it from other mod?
- In the video description you have written that you use ELE, RL and Shadows, can you tell me in what load order?
Thanks so much :)
1. I do not have any specific wolf texture mod, no :(
2. RL, Shadows, ELE
@@SgtGimlinho Thanks ^^
Nice video really helped me out I’ve been looking for new mods to add to my load order for the new playthrough
Ooh yeah, that's the good stuff 👌
oooh yeah, sure is!
Lol i laughed at this
Most the time the reason means that everything in the sections just get spammed with a lot of stuff that shouldn't be in Skyrim but still fun and then you know that Skyrim is still alive after nearly 9 years! Fus Ro Dah!
Anyone else think the intros of his videos sound like a crossover between broduel and MXR?
Awesome video my dude, I loved Ordinator so I can't wait to try Triumvirate! 👍
It's so good!
Thank you for this report Sarge !
I didn't realize back then the difference made by the KS Hairdos retexture, so even for me who check the new Mods very often, your High-Quality vid' is quite usefull !
"May the winds of Kynareth guides you" (In this sea of Mods)
yeah. Make use of the footage myself to get that full understanding of what different mods have to offer. Glad I'm able to help :)
Making different cool characters just to show case different spells this is the shit man, also holy shit those armors you got are dope
Thanks buddy! Glad you enjoyed it, more to come ;)
Am I the only one who saw the CBBE Revealing outfits and immediately looked it up? Lmao! I can't be right?
The Leviathan is literally a retex of Mihails “Nemesis 2017” mod I love these new archetypes though!
I love the new energy and enthusiasm you bring to these mods reviews.
The music in this video is truely beautiful
What was that camera change at 27:40? Is that a mod? Been looking for something to make conversations a little more cinematic, or just to see my character during them.
alternate conversation camera :)
I was subbed within 10 minutes, you really deserve it man. This is awesome content
Thanks a ton buddy! Just took a small break from the making of the next video, and comments like these definitely makes me want to keep going :)
@@SgtGimlinho glad to hear it, keep up the good work! The next vid will turn out great, I'm sure :P
You're my new fav skyrim content channel. I hope you keep making more videos.
