LUNA

This piece is a bombardment of material, the force at which media was applied is responsible for the craters and spread. I wanted to be able to feel the residual impact from the material but offset it with a bright golden paintwork which combines the chaos and beauty that exists throughout the universe. The piece is created with natural materials such as sand and pigments which create the organic textures you can see on the surface, each added layer by layer.
