I missed the very moment of the blunder as I was reviewing the game. I thought he finally just let go after his game 11 lost and just play chess. But the pressure really gets to him. I hope he just enjoys chess from now. He has already been one of the 17 players to win the world championship. He does not need to prove anything. Just enjoy his time.

What a fantastically entertaining match this has been! I had given up on watching classical (too long), but this rollercoaster of a match hooked me right back in. Also, it made me really wish commentators start using this engine format (not looking at it, except to just check something once or twice, if they all agree) in EVERY game that's broadcast live. It's SO much better than with the engine on. It's ok if they show us the eval bar, but the commentary gets so much better when they don't look at the engine.
