I want those breast filets marinated and rare to med rare on the grill . Yum Yum. Second only to a mallard in my area. We get a few teal early , and no pintails.

I usually age them in the garage if its cold enough
I do that as well and it's definitely COLD 🥶 enough this week..!@@OutdoorLimits
