Greetings, As always another excellent detailed video production 🇺🇲🍾🎉🇺🇲 Did you have to adjust the chain after lowering. Thank you so much for assisting me and keep producing more videos about the HAYABUSA
@@rosarioroberto5823 I don't remember on this one. I'd say always check chain slack when making chassis changes 👍👍 and we got a pretty cool busa vid coming up!
Enjoyed all your vedios didnt remember the vedio of your zx14 after all additions and a track vedio with you riding a couple of passes h town watching you guys
Would y'all do a video about tire setups & recommendation? (Street vs track) I know most ppl don't generally care about tires, but I know having a proper tire set-up is always key when I comes to how the bike rides & performs on the road. I see a lot of riders complain about their ride when they don't have that knowledge about tires & proper suspension set-up
Couple detail things that really bother me. Upper triple bolts should have been swapped out to shorter bolts. Glad they were short enough to not gauge the frame when turning. Vortex clip ons installed backwards. The round plugs go to the outside of the grips. The flat plugs towards the triple clamp. Overall it’s a nice looking bike.
You have a few different options. You can lower it many different ways. Some use an engine hoist, jack under the front, and / or lower the clip on first then the remaining components afterwards.
Hello Eric, I would like to eventually lower my 2024 Busa. I liked the triple tree you used but have not been able to locate the vendor (exotic cycles ?). I also liked the links you used. I live just south of you guys (Nokomis, Fl). I plan to ride soon to meet you guys and talk about tuning it. Can you please give the contact info for exotic cycles? Thanks, Luis
Hey there. I'm not sure if he sells to consumers but the same triple is sold through brocks performance. Hope that helps 🤙 and the company is Exoticycle in Bradenton, FL.
We don't recommend that. You will throw off your geometery of the bike. It will sit more like a squatted truck. The cornering gets weird and the headlight would also be pointed more upward instead of forward. Food for thought 👍👍
Hay great content enjoy watching I just put my 2024 hayabusa down in the twisties broke my clip ons and bracket cant find new one wondered if you would like to sell the ones you have from your TH-cam video What does it take to lower a Gen 3 Hayabusa or if you know someone who has one please let me know . Thanks Mike
I cant believe people complain about a few grease smudges when they want their bikes modified ? It should be all about the performance gains not braging rights and posing 😅 the top yoke bolts petruding makes me uncomfortable though 😊
200 rear tire? If he's going for speed, he's going the wrong way. Take, for example Evan at EJR. Say what you want about him but he knows how to build one fast Roll Racing bike. He was running a 180 rear tire on his ZX10 when it was absolutely slaying everyone around.
Yes, we run a 180 tire as well for our roll bikes. Evan knows his stuff, but you also have to remember that not everyone is in the roll racing scene. He is just wanting something faster for what he is doing (hence the cam comment in the vodeo lol) 🤙 He also wanted a wider footprint all in all on the bike without going to a 240 kit, so he requested a 200 tire.
I put a 200 x55 rear on.my 22busa and it nearly killed me high speed cornering! It starts to wobble depending on road surfaces and undulations anything from 140 and certainly 170 + but it looks cool😅
I wish y’all were in LA, I genuinely feel trust of your work
We appreciate that bro 🙏

Thank you for the quick response, can't wait to see it @@provenpowercycles
Most work shops would not put clothes under the handle bars doing work like that excellent attention to detail gentleman
Appreciate it 💪 we strive to handle each bike with love 🫶
thanks for the video, I am considering lower my 2023 Hayabusa, I am only 5'6

It's such a diverse world for tires. We can go over what we utilize and prefer on it all and give some comparisons ! 🙌

Good service, happy satisfied costumer

cool video, but wish you would have done a clear tutorial on how to lower the front as well. where do you jack it up from?

Thanks for the info
Does the exhaust need to be removed in order to change out the lowering links??? Thanks.
Can you lower it without touching the triple tree by replacing the rear lowering link only?

I never understood putting a giant tire on the back of
Some people just enjoy a wider foot print overall. Most are used by track riders for better lean angles.
