Heres a good sweet potato recipe. Cook it and mash it up, add butter, salt and pepper, shredded cheese of your choice and then drizzle with horseradish sauce. Had it at a restaurant once and loved it and thats how i do it now always.

That’s some pretty wicked kit! I love the fold out kitchen and camp bed; pretty cool and well designed.
PS.. collect your drier lint, soak it in petroleum gel and put it in a plastic bag; it’s the best fire starter in any weather.

Really loved this camp! So calming and enjoyable. I also go to thrift stores to find old musical gems...Led Zeppelin can be difficult to find here as well. Love the Johnny Cash cds you found! You're right about the waffle & bacon brekkie...I wanted it as soon as I saw it.

I am really enjpying your videos. I used to love camping when I was younger. Mostly by cycling or canoeing. Now I can only camp vicariously through TH-cam videos because of arthritis and back issues. That Roofbunk looks very tempting. I could put one on the Rav 4.. You mentioned your chainsaw bar and chain was made by Oregon. Chances are they are made here in Guelph Ontario, Canada. Anyway, keep up the videos. They are very relaxing to watch.

Very envious you’re able to go ‘overlanding’- we made the perfect set up for it but unfortunately down here in the south west/Cornwall etc everywhere is private and inaccessible to do so. Lovely new tent that is 👌🏼

Nice video Andy 👍. That supper looked Absolutely 😋 😋 😋 & you cooked in the bush 👍😀. The roof tent was different, ( as in , how would it deal with a heavy snow fall ) as I didn't see you. Lock in clips. To stop it compressing on it's self , with weight on it 🤔. So the next addition to vehicle is, that rap around awning. Will it be the same style as, A.B camping ( Tony & Bruce ) has got 🤔.
Is that the Bigaloo sleeping bag from Kickstarter?! The one using aerogel as the insulation?! I’m waiting on mine to arrive. Just completed the survey for colors, size, etc. Super excited to try it out with some desert and mountain camping here in California. Slightly concerned it won’t still be cold enough here when it arrives…lol. Loved this video, too! Nice set up you have coming together! 😀👍

The kitchen pull out tray is slagging, best to install some kinda foldout legs underneath it.
Downside with "Hello Fresh" (or was when we tried them ages ago) was that the majority of their recipes required use of the Oven - often for just a couple of potatoes! Has that changed?

Thats the uppity set-up now Kent, very nice. Love the topper tent and having hello fresh is amazing on the go. Now, if you don't mind, would you be opposed to demonstrating the use of an Instant pot with air fryer for some gourmet cooking on the go? I swear it is the best way to camp because it is an all-in-one kitchen appliance, basically an entire kitchen's functions in 1 single pot that runs on roughly 15,000 Watts. shouldn't be a problem for a car with a good inverter or a higher capacity power station. Also, might I recommend grabbing a Caldryn Fyre Battery operated self-heating mug and blender. It's perfect for making Tea, Coffee, boiling water, Making MRE's and Heating soups and whatever other kind of brew you can think up on the go. Really useful appliance for foraged herbs and ingredients. Also the blender attachment is quite useful for making omelettes and batters for a quick breakfast. I usually use it to make a decent mushroom soup broth base and add in some dehydrated bits, which you can also make with the instant pot Duo Crisps dehydrator function. Or of course you could forage for some bulbs and roots and potatos and things and make a good soup that way. I have both and haven't had a chance in a while to get out camping with them but it is a wonderful method of convenience that I think would be worth demonstrating.
