    📍Reflection is powerful, it is a path to self-knowledge, as it allows you to make decisions consciously, better understand the lessons left by experiences, determine what can be improved and recognize your strengths.
    🌱 | Benefits of Reflection:
    🔸Formation of opinion in a conscious way, without being carried away by the ideas of third parties in an automatic way;
    🔸 Opportunity to rethink attitudes and improve them;
    🔸 Recognize mistakes and find ways to fix them;
    🔸If you know and understand how your emotions affect your behavior;
    🔸Set goals to accomplish your goals.

    ◽Tips for having a good reflection:
    🔹 BOOK A TIME FOR YOURSELF
    Reflection time should be a moment of your own, where you can connect with your thoughts without being interrupted. You can associate it with a prayer, a ritual, having a relaxing tea, lighting an incense, getting ready to sleep, whatever you prefer, the important thing is that it is your moment, in which you can concentrate on yourself with peace of mind.
    🔹 QUESTION YOURSELF AND SEEK ANSWERS WITHIN YOURSELF
    Have you ever stopped to question yourself because of the choices you make? Know that doing this exercise can be very positive and help you make sure what you really want for your life. Taking advantage of this moment of reflection for this will allow you to separate your true desires from the impositions of third parties and the desire to please and be accepted. Remembering that this should always be done naturally, without putting yourself as inferior or incapable of making decisions.
    🔹 REMEMBER THE THINGS YOU FELT GRATEFUL FOR
    An essential part of daily reflection involves thanking God, the universe, or whatever makes sense to you so that you recognize how many good things happened in your day and appreciate them. This is important because the human brain has a natural tendency to place greater emphasis on problems, so if nothing is done, it will end up overlooking all the good things that happened to it. Giving thanks is fantastic, because it broadens your perception of all that is good.
    🔹 LEAVE GUILT AND JUDGMENTS AWAY
    Blaming yourself or judging yourself when reflecting on the experiences you've lived won't help you grow, on the contrary, it will create limiting ideas that could compromise your development. In that sense, always keep in mind that you are a human being, that making mistakes is part of the evolution process, and that is not an excuse for you not to do your best, but a statement of reality.
    🔹 MAKE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
    A detail to be considered in your reflections is the way in which you will expose these ideas to yourself, as it is essential that you adopt a positive attitude, which encourages you to value the good side of things. That way, instead of moaning about a problem, tell yourself that no matter how challenging it seems, you know you have what it takes to solve it. Remember that it's not what goes into your mouth that defiles you, it's the words that come out of it.

    I worked so hard to build my family, and I lost them in less than a year. I know why, because I wasn’t strong enough when the time came for me to prove myself. I’ll never make that mistake again, and I ask you never do either.

      ? I don’t think it’s all coincidentally all on you. Not saying you should fully blame other parties, just saying that you should cut yourself some slack. Life is not all about a lifelong journey of improving. If you keep the healthy cycle of strength and improvement then you’ll be met by troubles as breaks and sympathy to oneself is important for mental health. None of us will ever be like the stoics say so, but we can try our best to.

    “You want to live - but do you know how to live? You are scared of dying - and, tell me, is the kind of life you lead really any different from being dead?”
    ― Seneca, Letters from a Stoic

    "All that you pray to reach at some point in the circuit of your life can be yours now - if you are generous to yourself. That is, if you leave your past behind, entrust the future to Providence, and direct the present solely to reverence and justice. To reverence, so that you come to love your given lot: it was Nature that brought it to you and you to it. To justice, so that you are open and direct in word and action, speaking the truth, observing law and proportion in all you do.
    You should let nothing stand in your way - not the iniquity of others, not what anyone else thinks or says, still less any sensation of this poor flesh that has accreted round you: the afflicted part must see to its own concern.
    If, then, when you finally come close to the exit, you have left all else behind and value only your directing mind and the divinity within you, if your fear is not that you cease to live, but that you never started a life in accordance with nature, then you will be a man worthy of the universe that gave you birth." - *Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, Book 12*

    Ночь. Помнится, пару дней назад, лёжа на так и не застланной кровати, я слушал первую часть этой подборки и в голове моей возникали картины, картины до такой степени натуральные, что моё не спавшее третьи сутки сознание начало принимать их за реальность. Я чувствовал, нет, видел время, оно было осязаемо... Оно стояло где-то поодаль и робкой поступью, семеня своими босыми ножками, шуршало холщовым платьем и удалялось во тьму... Я искал его, не терял надежды, как не теряют её ищущие счастья на дне бутылки путники, глухими прохладными ночами вспоминающие последний поцелуй своей покойной невесты. Ложь, фальш, иллюзии... Неужто Бог и в самом деле настолько жесток, раз пожертвовал Сыном своим ради искупления наших грехов? Разве это не переливание из пустого в порожнее? Нет... Ответ однозначен, поиски утраченного времени ведут лишь к разочарованию в том, что ждёт нас после конца истории, после той неведомой черты, что разделяет мир сущего и мир истины... Десница девы подрагивает под тяжестью весов и кинжала, она не способна разглядеть ничего из-под повязки... Благодарю за ролик, подборка прекрасна, эта мелодия задышала совсем по-новому, с таким оттенком не то осознания, не то страха перед тем, что предстает перед слушателем с каждым мгновением все ярче и ярче. Ещё раз спасибо.
