Rubbies Restaurant Review, (Louisville, Kentucky)

Rubbies is a family owned restaurant in Louisville, KY, and has been in business for 31 years. Almost everything they serve is made from scratch, and you can taste the love they put into their recipes. On this trip, we focused mainly on the wings. We had the motor oil hot wings and the smoked wings. Both were great and had a very unique flavor. Their menu offers enough variety that everyone can find something they like. We will definitely be back!

I have eaten there a couple time (DoorDash) It was good once and bad the second time (Prime Rib Sand) When is get delivery I never judge the fries because they do get cold quick and there is nothing like a hot French Fry Still haven’t seen Shack in the Back from you yet

I've eaten there twice. Both times , I left thinking "wow... that was WAAYY overrated" those motor oil wings are the most terrible wings I've ever had. The best thing about my meal was the Arnold Palmer

Went there once. Had a bad experience. The smoked wings tasted reheated and dry. Soda was nasty and had gnats in it. We left.

Steve Meador thanks. Yes, I have heard too many good things about it before I tried it. It must have been an isolated incident. Your experience goes to show how a few incidents like that can put a place out of business.
