I had to plug through some difficult emotions this morning, but I pressed through and refocused my mindset until a sense of calm came to my nervous system.
That is when this brief song that came up in my heart. I'm not much of a songwriter, but these words kept ringing in my heart, so I decided to record them. Thought I would share.
