I’ve been rehabbing on a reformer and finally felt strong enough to try my first mat class. It was great and I enjoyed it and appreciate your good cues.
I' used to do pilates some 10 years ago but stopped after my teacher left (could not get used to those who followed). I love this video and the way you gently encourage your students, while explaining that this is just the entrance point for much more complex and demanding exercises. That helps my body remember the moves while not discouraging my mind by too fast a pace. Great lesson!

I love this class! I've done it 3 times now over the last week and a half and I'm already noticing slight changes with my flexibility, and my knee and back pain is better on days when I've done this! This was my first introduction to pilates and I'm really enjoying myself, and I plan on working my way up to your harder classes eventually. Thank you for this amazing video, you've really opened my mind to how good pilates can be!
Such a nice way to wake up on a snowy day! I liked the exercise toward the end that wasn't exactly a push-up, but a modified plank half-push up. My arms and abs are really weak and I actually felt them engage this morning. Very exciting!
Excellent class for beginners!! Most other "beginners" pilates videos are hard as heck for someone who hasn't exercised in years, but this one, I was (mostly) able to do every move!! Thank you!!
Thank you! I'm on holiday for 2 weeks and this was a perfect replacement to the class I normally attend. Super clear instruction and a great range of exercises. This makes home/remote based Pilates really accessible and easy!
The first time I did this routine, I made it to 20 min. Then, I started doing other shorter videos and finally I started going to an in-person class. It's probably 2 months later now and I found that this video was too easy😅 That's what I like about Pilates, the progress is very clear and usually doesn't take long.
Even though I couldn't do a lot if the positions where I was balancing on my butt I really enjoyed this session...imma keep doing this until I don't have to take a break. Made it like 25 minutes before I had to stop. Thanks for this! I will be back tomorrow!!

This workout was much longer and incorporated quite a few more movements than I have been doing with you in class so it was both a little more challenging but really enjoyable. Some of the movements pulling both legs up at a seated position really challenged my core stability.

Now I’m getting back into but my low back is sensitive and I’m carrying many extra pounds. This class was perfect for me because it references things I remember, unlike some of the beginner contemporary classes I tried, but it is tailored so I wasn’t attempting things I can’t quite do yet. This routine felt very long and more intense, but very enjoyable. From the beginning I was already feeling my core stress as well as my butt bones as I struggle to keep my balance my body weight. Pulling up both my legs was also very challenging because of my balance and weak core. However, I really enjoy laying on my belly and doing the spine variations because it makes me feel my back and breathing. I turned out to be very exhausted after the workout but it feels real good learning to extend my body in steady motion.
That was a great class. I am in my 60's, so it was hard to do some of the moves, but most of the moves were very helpful and I really liked the pace and explanations.
Love the way you take me through it step by step telling me what I should be doing. This keeps me concentrated and centred on what I’m doing and time passes so quickly! At the end I feel amazing even if I haven’t managed everything.. I am new to this.
Found this really helpful and pleasurable but also felt like I was working, I recently over stretched my hamstrings and now I can't feel any pain when I raise my leg. Thank you very much and I will be doing this class again
I recently overstretched my hamstrings as well and have been doing mat Pilates exclusively for lower body workouts. I definitely need to add this routine into my rotation!
Oh, man, I felt this one early in the morning. It was a great workout. This is one of the longer classes I have ever done I really felt this in my abs. Thanks for a great workout on this snowy day. I really liked doing the side ab lifts, it was a perfect level of challenge to engage everything.
Excellent cues, easy to follow - this was perfect for me! ❤ I’m recovering from foot surgery so I’m missing my Reformer class. I can’t put much weight on my foot yet so this was an ideal workout for me. I still can’t get down on the floor so I did the whole thing on my bed. 😂 Thank you so much!
I had four wisdom teeth removed this week! I’ve been taking it easy but didn’t want to lose all my gains in my fitness. This workout was great for gentle movement and muscle awareness to keep me on track.
