when switching between scenes is it possible to have some sort of spillover from the previous scene ( like reverb, delay or even previous amp?)

It should be now with the latest AxeIII firmware

sure. Spillover is always possible with delay and reverbs. It's a global setting.

too much reverb and too much of long delays
