cheese and mushroom pies | re run | Aussie girl can cook

love this one real easy to make and moreish. makes 6. recipe written below xo
pre heat oven 210 degrees C
2 baking trays with baking paper
40g butter
500g button mushrooms
2 cloves garlic crushed or 2 heaped tea spoons jar garlic
1/2 large red capsicum chopped small
6 sheets frozen puff thawed
14 cm round cutter cut 2 circles from each sheet
2/3 cups sour cream
3 tea spoons seeded mustard
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup grated cheese extra
sesame seeds optional
1 egg whisked
bake 18 to 20 mins til golden
serves 6
