This is one of the homes, That reminds me of my childhood growing up. A home with a basement. We had a ping-pong table in ours. Also, the fact that you have the space for the family
to be close but give space to other siblings. Instead of my 3 brothers and one sister living in their homes, we could relive the days of years forgotten. Time goes by fast, and families are
spread out far from one another. It would be nice to bring the family back to remember how things used to be. A village again.
Briggs, it's ironic! Janice was the first channel I watched on these homes!👍🏾. So it's not surprising you did also. She has the same grace, professionalism, style, of presenting and connecting.
The unfinished basement is my favorite because it gives the future homeowners levels of opportunities to add anything they want to it. A house like this is great for any family.

Places make all the difference, such a house in California would be worth some 35 to 40 mil easily. And like always Toll brothers taste is impeccable.

I love this floor plan, I would like the Rosebriar model for a house for my mother one day.
I’d build out the basement with a recreation room, small theatre, incorporate a wine cellar and an extra bedroom. Unless the wine cellar can be added on the top floor. And definitely a gym.

The farm like decor would have to grow in me, but the the layout is amazing. You can’t beat the Master, extra kitchen, and unfinished basement space. A lot of square footage for the price. The back yard has space to do something amazing as well!
Love it, if I were to get this built I don’t think I would even need the basement.

You could set up a home gym in the basement, in addition to an extra bedroom, media and game room. I will take that extra basement space any day, anytime.

@@Wobeaux Hmmm…I’ve never had any issues with that…I usually chat with them for a bit about the property and talk about the market and all that stuff and then I ask if it’s ok to record in the home. Keep trying man.
not to fund of the Farmhouse Style, do like that it has land, big plus, do like the master suite.

I wanted to stay in Atlanta but seem like the state it belong to trying to see my demise so I may end up seeing the US and traveling in a car along the way. In other words, wish the home was somewhere evil against me was not located. I like the home but the souther hospitality thing is gone and families aren't families any longer. Sad to see it but the place is a loss to me... NICE home just a state and city that may not be for me. I say it is great its getting gentrified for the better.
Ironically just moved from Denver to ATL for the real estate.

@ Reggie Walker, yes Atlanta area is cheaper, but this house is in Alpharetta, which is an expensive area of Atlanta metro, but you can get a similar house for a lot cheaper, but it will be further out in the suburbs.
I know this may sound stupid but why isn’t there a wood fence in the backyard? What about the privacy?

In all honesty the home itself is absolutely gorgeous! However I wouldn't want to pay that much for a house and be that on top of my neighbor's you can literally see inside any of the outdoor areas and even some of the rooms. Sorry but that is a major turn off.
These homes are actually built on 1 acre home sites which are quite large for today's development standards - But I hear you. Thanks for watching and commenting!

See.....I saw that too...not cool at all... they're making these new homes right on top of each other... My Daughter just closed on her house 6 bedroom 5 bath for half that in a beautiful neighborhood with a community pool and tennis court large backyard, 3 level, agreat schools in Grayson Georgia. She lived in Alpharetta 3 years ago..Loved being close to Northpoint mall, and all the restaurants, but I have 3 grandsons, 2 preteeens, ... I'll just leave it right there... people must consider more then just the house...
@@germainetriplett7124 I agree, the land space matters. But Alpharetta is expensive, so I don't think one will get the same land space in Alpharetta than if you were to go further out. For me personally, I don't mind going further out for the land space.
So you must think the people that pay 5,000,000 for a NYC apt are insane ?? Obviously being far away from neighbors is critical for you but it’s not something that adds value in general for real estate

Toll Brothers is a great builder. However, they would never add wire closet racks in one of their California properties in this price point. And why was under cabinet lighting wires showing in the kitchen. Come on Toll Brothers “ attention to detail” 🙄
