Love this floor plan and especially the second level with all french doors in living area. Also kitchen and dining area nicely arrainged. Also the fourth floor was stunning. Thanks Janice for this fabulous tour, one of my favorites so far.

Multilevel floorplans are great without elevators, but better with elevators!
The elevator is great for older people who can't take the stairs

Nicole, this townhouse does have a lot of natural light and the plus being that it is an end unit.
This is a really unique property, excellent lighting, and the floors are definitely amazing! The elevator is a smash hit. I’ve never entertained owning a townhouse, but, this will definitely make consider it moving forward 👍🏽👍🏽

Stunning!!!! Atlanta seems to have some pretty amazing and unique homes. Prices are great too! In Canada here near Toronto and we do not have properties like this. Something close to this would be minimum 2.5 to 4 million. Maybe I should be looking to relocate just for the homes!

Thats so crazy the bathroom at 1:32 is my exact master bath only smaller. Its the same sink and vanity, faucet, shower. My shwr tiles are different though. Too funny. The rest of this house is gorgeous! I love how bright it is.
