Template totally moved when he punched first hole. Evidence is the misaligned front hole. Tape is a templates best bet. Good job but some uncomplicated steps were overcomplicated in this video
Cant believe you would recommend all the different tools one could use to cut metal. Those who are viewing your video are already familiar with metal cutting tools. If they weren't they would be buying manufactured flares and not looking for diy.

I think I might try using the old flare as a template rather than make the cardboard one.
