+TARDISES i was about to talk that about when i learned it. it was actually a coding mistake not a bug. the song have 3 tags associated with it, PilotBGM, EventBGM and BossBGM. being PilotBGM means it will play againts normal enemies. BossBGM means it will play againt bosses and lastly, EventBGM means it will play during events. now the coding mistake comes from getting priority so high it is treated as priority 255. that priority so high that if it fights any player controlled units, it will play as BossBGM tag, but if it fights any boss it will play as EventBGM tag.

i have a small mod for skyrim that adds music whenever you ride any horse and aeonbarr(a fully customizable horse). i downloaded this and change the music that plays when riding horse to this. i also have a mod that lets me rename EVERYTHING and so i renamed aeonbarr to Trombe. i was disatisfied so i changed it to Aussenteiser
What you're thinking of is probably "On the Beautiful Blue Danube" (which I also have uploaded). Long story short is that the villain who uses said classic work as his personal theme music actually blared the song through giant speakers, overriding every other theme music.
this is why Elzam has a high dodge rate even amongst bransteins his theme doesn't just override other themes, it overrides other attacks! ..in fact you'd think it would theme override on assists and his team attack too...
The reason this override apparently happens is pretty interesting. Boss BGM usually has priority over your own characters' because of course it does. Elzam first appears as a boss, and his theme's priority was supposed to be reduced when he joined you... but the reduced priority value was accidentally added instead of replacing, making it even higher than songs that were supposed to override everything else. And a meme was born.
