This is also Aschen Brodel's theme msuic in SRW OGS Endless Frontier. Unsurprisingly, one of her attacks is called "Code Lamia".
Loved this battletheme and one of the most awesome pilots in the whole game; you don't want to face this girl. Ever.
Warlordalexi she's practically an all rounder she can do both range and melee on top of she has skills to backed it up she got even stronger when she got Vysaga as a replacement mech from lemon

Loved how in the anime Excellen's first act was to look under the robot's skirt and proclaim "white", while in the game she groped Lamia and declared Garnet the loser.
And keep in mind that Excellen's...in a sense...Lamia's mother/older sister. Wonder if that makes Kyosuke her dad and why he was so protective of her.
Maybe she wanted him to examine hers instead. Too bad Bian is dead or she and Lune could get him to build a giant robot version of Latooni.
@@Elyseon Now I'm questioning, why in the hell Bian made Valsione look like that? I kinda get that Lune didn't want to pilot something like Valsion, but why the heck, BIAN agreed to that? I really wish there's a special scene or something that shows of when Bian was making Valsione.
Personally, I think Bian would've been asked to stay away by any sensible women in the party from Latooni(And Shine, of course) at all cost so that he won't be able to make Giant Robot Latooni.

kruth 666 that unit sucks Vysaga was a better replacement for angelg on top of it makes vysaga better cause of of lamias skill is to literally tank hits and reduce damage taken and vysaga had a better chance to activate the same passive ability that angelg had which was like a mirage thing I forgot the name double image or something like that Overall Vysaga was the better unit to replace AngelG either that or not replace AngelG at all Ashsaver wasnt all that great of a unit I think it looses the passive ability that both AngelG and Vysaga had which made lamia a pretty useful and powerful pilot
@Shadow Bringer I did watch it but I'm saying if your gonna replace angelg take vysaga instead of ashsaver (if your going out your way to get secret mechs might as well pick vysaga as the replacement) and its looks awesome in many ways
I had her pilot the Vysaga but switch the BGM to Dark Knight. It fits perfectly than Soulgain.

@@scarletrose8766I would agree with you that Ash Saver is much weaker than Angelg. And that mech doesn't have an appeal to me too. I'd rather stick to Angelg than switch with Ash Saver.

also like another user explained (though i'm sure this explanation comes in very late). Androids in general are not exactly robots, they are artificial lifeforms with human tissue, skin, blood. Those aspects are usually general features for an android to seem very close to being human.
Lamia like other androids had the ability to develop her own persona given a chance to learn. Unlike other androids in the series she was treated exactly like a human hence she developed as a human being.

the ai was more advanced with each iteration, Lamia was the first one to gain her own sentience and will and even echinda and wodan did right before they died.

So if that's the case, does that mean that the Endless Frontier Series took place before this, since it's a dead giveaway that Aschen and Cardia are androids? And also I have another big question for you: Asakim's attack, the one that looks like a darkened cocoon and all the images are shown, what's going on at that point? And is Masaki and Asakim (swapped around M) the same person? You seem pretty knowledgeable about SRW.
Well, Selena's already been theorised to be a Shadow Mirror operative that got lost during the jump, what with piloting Solereas, an Assault Scouter (a model name that similar to the Ashsaber's Assault Dragoon can't be a coincidence, especially given it uses a Stealth Boomerang, which is Shadow Mirror tech).
Selena Recital is not from Shadow-Mirror, due to NOT havong the late Yuko Mizutani as her voice actress.
I always wondered what would happen if Lamia and Signum (from Nanoha) were to meet each other :p

@Azureman012 you must not forgot that W1 is also a very humanlike W series, he has become as human as Lamia is. I'm pretty sure all the W series is based on a human body and modified to be majorly mechanical. also Wodan mask isn't part of his body as much as he doesn't want to remove it until he defeat Zengar, because he wants to be the only zengar, not just the reflection of the human he was based on.

@tyaty But remember, Lamia was knocked out like everyone else by Kusuha's health drink (Elzam/Ratsel and Arado not included). I'm thinking Leona's cooking might knock her out as well.
She's still human in a way if you hold her she would probably feel more human than she is a robot
@ThePistlwhipr Long answer short: Because Lemon got better at making them as human as possible as time went on. If you go and look up official art for Echidna Iisaki/W16, one would see that she has no obvious mechanical components either. The only thing giving Wodan/W15 away is his mask.
The rest are dead anyway and the majority of the dolls that are part of plot points are echidna, woodan and lamia the rest of the dolls are well dolls
The only 3 units to ever came close to being human were those 3 but only lamia survived along with axel
I'm actually thinking that Wodan really had no mechanical component either. The mask is not mechanical and most likely can be removed, he just didn't want to.
In srw A the angelg have a metal sword instead of a beam one, personally i feel it doesn`t fit, so im glad they replace it
I'm a little late to the party, but they did retcon the metal sword into a beam saber in the remake, which used assets from the ps2 OG compilation for the originals.

I enjoyed this song more in OG2, the mechanical feel to it was cool. It's still good, but it loses something without the mechanical feel the GBA version had I think.

I don't mind soloing a stage with Lamia and her Angelg.
B4ULoveShine its possible in fact if you dint get Vysaga you can solo the stage before elzam and the others appear when lamia is escaping the shadow mirror (and yes I've tried it) that's why in the end lamia was my most powerful pilot and AngelG was my strongest unit
I usually make it my mission to solo the Bartolls at OG Gaiden Chapter 34 with nobody else but Lamia. She needs to clean the stain left behind the whole humiliations against her because of those goddamn machines!

The only thing that confuses me is that if Aschen is Laima's "ancestor" (a previous model), what was W00 (the prototype of the W series)?
GaiaX5 00 is hacken there was probably not important W16 Echidna was based of 06 the pink robot in frontier..... Lamia based off Aschen .... Since the data for hacken is probably busted I doubt he had any the rest of the W series are not important aside from W15 which was a certain badass captain with a giant sword
About the W numbers, if W15/Wodan is a cybernized dead Shadow-Mirror Universe Sanger, then what's W05/Gymnos?

Donovan Braggs her language is literally busted the moment you met her in OG2 she also mentions it a couple of times and was asking Echidna for parts replacement to repair her broken parts

@haxerx123 You're mistaken about the fact that cyborgs and androids are the same. Cyborgs normally are at least partially human, but have obvious mechanical components (such as replacements for a bad accident they had in the past), and androids aren't human at all, yet have no obvious signs that they aren't, such as Lamia.

As far as crack pairings go, I've heard worse.
It's a shame that Lamia wasn't the primary main character, because a song as epic as this should be more than enough to thrust her into that role. Alas!
rickicker she had more focus on OG2 and some of her story is scattered across OG games (not all but some) still while she's not the main lead aside from a a specific games where you get to play as the shadow mirrors lamia is actually one of the decent pilot that can solo a mission if your clever enough and I dunno if its scripted but anytime she faces off against echidna in OG2 she somehow triggers angelg passive skill ..... Granted she can be hit but when something as important fight as that she gets too op (maybe its just me)
