I think you mean the T-Link Ripper. The Slasher is a weapon you can give other mechs/pilots. Most weapons that require that start off their name with the words "T-Link". Like Ryusei's R 1's T-Link Knuckle and T-Link Sword.

If they ever make another Dynasty Warriors Gundam game they must put some of these machines into that game. Like make it Gundam vs Super Robot Taisen. Seeing Athrun Zala vs Kyosuke would be a blast! Or better yet see Char vs Elzam.
