Help me think this through...Is it possible to have the goods shipped directly to my house so I can add the labels needed (FNSKU #) to Amazon Fulfillment, do my inspections and then I personally drop them off at a facility location near me? (I have a ton of Amazon warehouses near my home- just wondering if they pick location random or ones near your business or home) This way I can ensure everything looks good, I can keep a few items at my home like you mentioned for an issues that might arise and then the rest can be shipped out by Amazon. Does Amazon let sellers drop off their boxes? I mean...I could be a "carrier" for my own product, right? This sounds more difficult when I write it out than it is in my head lol

Skincare products will be better to source locally. Because you don't need to bother with problems of the import customs clearance, or compliance certifications. Also finding good quality skincare products or suppliers from China is also not easy.

@@Wired1200 Source and sell locally will be the best practice. If you want to source from UK and ship to US, you need to find an international courier or freight forwarder to check the shipping cost and required compliance certifications.
Hi Dan, would you consider doing a segment about sourcing from Mexico instead of China. With the current shipping costs from China that would be a great alternative. The only downside it is very difficult get clear cut information about Mexican businesses. I am sure there are manufacturers of all kinds but no where to be found.

Skincare products will be better to source locally. Because you don't need to bother with problems of the import customs clearance, or compliance certifications. Also finding good quality skincare products or suppliers from China is also not easy.
