Door Panel Removal and Replacement (2012-2019) Toyota Prius C

This video will walk you through all the steps required to remove and replace the door panel in a 2012-2019 Toyota Prius C. In my case the issue I was trying to diagnose was a non-responsive tweeter, however this procedure applies for any other work you may need to do inside of the door.

Did you have to peel off that yellow film? Is it even needed? I’m planning on doing this too. Also how well would you say it helped? Thanks in advance.

My driver side tweeter is also not working. Was yours blown, or was it something else?

They seem to just be total junk in this car, it was in fact the tweeter. I replaced it and in the 2 years since I did so the new one is now acting up again.
