hi, we are in north east country vic. cheers
@@YepThatsIt mine need to be done, but I’ve run out of time before hitting the road south. Where about a in Vic? I’ll get you to do mine whilst I’m there.
Well done. Do you have a video or any info for the front bushings? 2011 wk2 4x4
Do you know how many drivetrain related bushings there are in total? Assume I would just replace all at once and be done with it. Thanks mate!
hi, yes i think there is a separate vid for the front bushes as well. thanks & cheers
What about the mount to the front right of the the rear diff?
? if its not broke, dont fix it.....your call though ;-) cheers
What's the hours on this?
Awesome video mate , will make the swap a lot easier. Was this done due to a thud when accelerating from a stop?
Yes it was, thanks and cheers
I’m doing this job for a Patriot 2010 which has only one upper. Would this be a reason for the differential to wobble and make the car vibrate ?
hi, definitely can add to your issue if its worn. start with easiest and/or cheapest ones to replace and work your way up. cheers
I need to find a big socket like the one you used to install the bushing
hi, even a sleeve or pipe, whatever you can find. cheers
how out of sorts was the jeep that lead you to evaluate the bushings? was it bad vibrations in high torque scenarios?
hi, usually is wear on tyres or a steering/braking wobble. cheers
So both mounts are the same when i look them up it shows it shows on the moar web site i just shows to kinds of diffrent im guessing you buy 1 mount for the front an the other 2 of them since there the same size correct????
hi, there the rear carrier bushes and the one on side of diff. cheers
How about the bush at the front of the rear diff. Does it have to be bashed out also?
hi, sorry for delay in reply, we just got back last monday. usually pressed out is preferred, but often bashing them out relieves stress as well ;-) cheers
why did you replace them? it was because a clunk noise when you shift from park to reverse and drive to neutral?
probably clunking in rear end. cheers
@@YepThatsIt
Sometimes, when I engage “D” from “P”, I hear a loud “clunk”. This usually happens when I leave the car parked for some time. Is this normal? Do rear differential mounts responsible of this sound? In case I replaced them will this clunk gone?
@@ahmedothman7340 yes replace the diff mounts
Where can I fine this part please help
