I dont read taboo or even dark romances (or have any desire to) but these vlogs are so entertaining to me for some reason! I'm not brave enough to go down these rabbit holes on my own

I read Hale few years ago. I liked it. It's one of the best book by K. Webster to me and one of my favorites.

I recently read Hale and while I enjoyed it a lot of the time it felt like "Forbidden but with a happy ending" (especially towards the end) and that did bug me a bit.
I felt the same way about hale
I love these vlogs. I have yet to read Hale but its on my TBR list. The Liza James one sounds really good too.

I understand your feelings about Sik Fux. I read it about 4 months ago and I still don't know how I feel about it. The events at the beginning are rough to read and I was all for revenge against the uncles but it is a lot. I did skim the scenes too. Too much. Their connection was healing at first but then it got weird because she's not okay clearly. I can't imagine anyone would be OK under the circumstances. I'm still imbivalant about this book. Peace.🤯🤗😊

I'm trying to remember if I read Tortured Whispers this year or not and if I can put it on my goodreads challenge (which I'm failing badly at! I'm on 74 out of 100 books set it a little too high lol) or if it was last year. It really sounds familiar
I love taboo books too😍. If you love so much taboo, forbidden, dark and twisted books, i suggest you to read "Flowers in the attic" a classic of the forbidden genre 🤩😉😊. It is the first book in the Dollanganger series. The Dollangenger series, together with "Forbidden" and "Hale" are one of my favorite taboo books❤. There are also movies based on the Dollanganger series. In particular there are two movies based on the first book, "Flowes in the attic" , but the first one of the 1987 is really bad and very different from the original story, while the second one of the 2014 with Heather Graham and Ellen Burstyn is really good. I love the acting of these two actress but also Kiernan Shipka and Mason Dye were really good. I'm a fan of Mason Dye since his role in Teen Wolf, one of my favorite teen shows ever. But if you want to read the books of this series i suggest you to avoid to watch the movies if you don't want spoilers. Is forbidden and dark and it can be considered as a gothic novel but there is no gore, so don't worry about it. I hope you will consider to read it and that you will like it as much as i do.
I read this book beginning of the year and still not read the rest! So terrible at series I never used to be
I have limits for my taboo romance consumption, but after reading Pandemonium and Crooked Cove by Rory Ireland and Tate Monroe, some might thing I have absolutely none.
The only thing I can’t bring myself to read is about incest cause I have a brother 😂
